I apologize for being late two days in a row. But sometime life doesn’t go smoothly. Nothing is wrong, just things being crazy. So thank you for checking in and coming back to see what I have for you.
Today’s card we made at my Stamp Club on Sunday. I believe they liked it. I know I enjoyed creating it because it is a bit different that what I normally do. With the sentiment I chose for the front, this card could be used for so many different occasions. I love having cards like that in my files for a quick one to grab and send.
Tea Together, 148779
I think this card is really pretty. Or at least unexpected. I paired the Tea Together stamp set from the Occasions Catalog with the Tea Time Framelits from Sale-A-Bration. They are one of the $100.00 Free items. I believe I heard they are carrying over and that is very unusual. Even if they do not, I believe they are well worth the price (so to speak!LOL!) The gorgeous ribbon is also from the Tea Suite of products. It is Tea Ribbon Combo, and you get this color and an off white trimmed in gold as a pair.
The embossing folder to add some class to the tea set, is the Lace Dynamic Embossing Folder also from the Occasions Catalog. I love the beautiful detail it brings to the card. The Tea Pot is die cut from the Tea Room Designer Series Paper. That is where I got the Coastal Cabana card idea from…..I love getting color inspiration from the DSP!
Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you enjoyed this card. Please return tomorrow as it is one of the PALS Blog Hops! Those are always filled with super projects. As always, the supply list is at the bottom the post.

Here is the Tote. It is a great size, has dividers that can be moved for whatever products you are carrying each use. There are two outside pockets that are large enough to hold punches, and much more. There is a zipper outside pocket. It has regular straps as well as a shoulder strap. It has the Stampin’ Up! logo. It is made of a great heavy weight canvas. And it is so Pretty!!
I love the title of this post. “You’re A Classic” could mean you are fabulous. Or it could just mean you are old enough to be considered a classic, like a nice car. I hope I fit into both of those definitions! LOL!
I have used the Geared Up Garage set once previously. You can see that post HERE. Today’s version is a bit different. I love the simple layout used today. It is one that could be used with any stamp set. The best part is that it doesn’t use a lot of designer series paper. Not that I do not have a ton of it to use!!
Here is the card:
Geared Up Garage, 148590
I love the designer series paper that is part of this suite of products. It is Classic Garage DSP. There are keys (that I used above), gas cans, gauges, steering wheels, drag marks, etc. It is the ultimate car/guy paper. And it is a 6X6 stack.
The only thing I did a bit differently is that I stamped the car on the upper section of the oval die cut. That way the banner could cover the bottom and I didn’t cover up too much of the gorgeous DSP. Also, I love that the DSP has the Basic Gray in it. I rarely use that card stock and after using it here, I am in love with it again.
Thank you so much for visiting today! I do apologize if you came by on Friday and there was not a new post. I obviously had my days mixed up!! It was mid day before I realized it and I was not at home to make and post. I guess I had one of those “Classic” moments! LOL!!

This is a really cute Valentine card, and I love it. However , I keep invisioning it as a Baby Card. I am going to have to work on that idea. My Valentine version is a Clean card for me. Not really a lot of stamped area or layers. Here it is:
Hey Love, 148644
I really love using the little Bocca dots from the Beauty Abounds stamp set. (I hope that is the correct term!). And I think the little Otter is just adorable. I stamped the dots, which look like bubbles to me, in Coastal Cabana Ink. The Otter is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends.
The gorgeous ribbon is the Reversible ribbon of Coastal Cabana and Granny Apple Green. I think the shine is just perfect.
Thank you for visiting today. I hope you have a great weekend and will stop back in on Monday for another new project. All of the supplies are listed at the bottom of the post.

My title may be a bit misleading. This does not have to be a masculine birthday card. It just is not a “frilly” birthday card. Plus, I tried to be more generic in the colors I chose. I used the Hello Cupcake stamp set from Sale-A-Bration because it seems to lend the more simpler, less frilly, air about it. You can decide for yourself though.
Hello Cupcake, 149714
Hopefully you can see the possibilities with this set even though I went with a simpler version. Bright colors would make this a really fun and young card. I will try that next. Since I have been using really bright colors, I thought I would go for the more light and generic colors today.
This is a one stamp set card. Those are great for quick , take on vacation, and beginner stampers who do not have a lot of products. Truthfully, I love to make one set cards. I believe it really shows the value of a set when you can make a card, or more, using only that set.
The only non-simple thing I did on this card, and actually it is a simple thing to do!!!! I stamped the icing on the layer and then on a scrap of paper. I cut out the one on the scrap and raised it with dimensionals to give some depth to hang over the base of the cupcake. The sprinkles are stamped in Mossy Meadow on the Soft SeaFoam, but left uncolored. To tie the base of Crumb Cake to the greens, I wrapped Linen Thread (One of my all time favorite go tops!) around the stamped image layer. The bow is tied separately and attached with a glue dot. ***Another trick I learned long ago, when I discovered how difficult it is to tie a bow on a continuous length of ribbon and have it lay properly!

Layer is 4 X 5 1/4
Layer is 2 3/4 X 4 1/8
White Layer is 2 5/8 X 4

I know you have seen variations of this gift card holder. It is my “GO TO” for gift cards. It is also a fold that I do even when not including the gift card pocket. Hopefully you will like the different little twist I have added today.
Meant To Be Bundle, 150587
I have been doing really bright cards lately, so today is no exception! But I do love this Garden Impressions DSP. Truthfully, it can go either Subtle or Bright with the colors. That is awesome!
Have you figured out the little twist I mentioned about the card? Yes, it is the little card attached to the front. You are such good guessers!! Here it is pulled out.
And here is the inside. Just in case you have never seen it before.
I have directions listed below. This may actually be my first video. I am terrified, but I will get through it. But in the meantime, you will have the directions. If you have any problems with it, please contact me.
NOTE: I used the 1/8″ Handheld Circle Punch to punch the hole the ribbon is run through on the tag. That is going to be no longer available once supplies are depleted. Apparently the manufacturer says they can no longer make it. That is a bummer! So if you do not have it I would suggest grabbing it up before it is gone.
Thank you for visiting today! The Join Promotion is still live and SAB is not even halfway over. So Happy Stamping!!
Directions:
The basic card:
Base layer is 4 1/4 X 10, scored at 5 1/2 and 8 1/4, fold and burnish
On the short section, use a circle punch and punch a half circle for a finger slot
Fold the short section into the inside of the card
Place Tear & Tape along the very edges of the short section. Place the gift card or a piece of card stock into the slot as you adhere it down to insure enough room for the card.
The top layer:
Card stock layer is 3 3/4 X 5
DSP is 3 X 5
Also, inside white piece is 3 X 5 (so that it does not show from the outside)
Front Pull Out Pocket:
Card stock is 2 3/4 X 5 1/8
score down short side and 1/2, and 2 1/4
score long side at 2 3/8
Fold and burnish score lines
Cut away the outside 1/2 scores on both sides of the longer section
Use the Trio Corner Punch and round the corner of the longer section
Use the 1/2″ circle punch to punch a finger hole in the short end
Add adhesive to the fronts of the flaps on the short section so that when you fold them in they adhere to the back longer section.
The tag is the Everyday Label Punch with the hole punched with the 1/8″ handheld punch and add ribbon of your choice.

I hope you had a good weekend and are ready to get some more card making ideas. I have returned to the Annual Catalog today with a little bit of the Occasions Catalog thrown in.
I loved the Jar of Love stamp set from the first time I saw it. I grew up with Ball Jars used for just about everything, including drinking glasses! So this was right out of my childhood. I added some LOVE to today’s card with just a small touch. Here is the card.
Jar of Love, 141587
Did you pick up on my LOVE? I do adore the different words that just happen to fit on the jar! I think this card could be used for a variety of reasons, and obviously could be done in almost any color you wanted. That is always a win and one of the things I look for when searching for card ideas and layouts.
Everything on the jar and the stamped flowers are included in the Jar of Love stamp set. The punched flowers are from the Bitty Blooms Punch Pack in the Occasions Catalog. The Heart Epoxy Droplets are in that catalog as well. Remember, they are the clear ones that can be colored with the Stampin’ Blends.
I have a tip that I used for the punched flowers. I used the Paper Pierce Mat and the Paper Piercing Tool to give some dimension to the punched flowers. Place the flower on the mat and use the handle end of the tool to press down into the mat. It bends the flower pretty evenly. And of course adding the pearl to the center is just the finishing touch!
Thank you for visiting today. Please return tomorrow for another card idea. All of the supplies are listed at the bottom of the page. And a gentle reminder about the Join Promotion and the awesome Shopping Spree you get with it. I do promise that there are NO pressure sales to do more than join and place that original order. I have shown you this card fold previously. Before, I used the thick DSP from Share What You Love. Today I have used DSP from Nature’s Poem, which is regular weight. So I added a twist and gave it a backing. Are you intrigued? Here is the different version.
Country Home, 147678
And here is the open view.
Can you see the thin border of Mint Macaron on the back panel? Because the Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper is a more normal weight of DSP, I felt it wasn’t strong enough to stand as a card. So I added the 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 piece on the back. If you have been stamping a while you might remember prior to SU giving us the Thick Whisper White. We used the regular Whisper White and add a layer of colored card stock as the base like this.
I do love this DSP. The colors are great and I really like the stripes next to the leaves when it is folded. I did adhere the center of the front fold before adding the oval and flowers. The flowers are stamped in Gray Granite and colored with Stampin’ Blends. I was so happy when this Country Home set carried over. And I hope it carries over into the next Annual Catalog as well. I love the milk can and pitcher, and that the colors can be adapted to whatever you need. Another Thank You to Stampin’ Up! for these great stamp sets.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed today’s twist on the Tri-Fold. I have included the measurements below as well as the supply list at the bottom of the post.

It is so hard to make masculine birthday cards most of the time. And it is even harder to make masculine Valentine Cards. Most valentine cards are sort of “mushy” or at least that is guy speak for I don’t want any part of it!! LOL!!! Well, today I have a non-mushy valentine card. I hope you will think that it fits that description.
Geared Up Garage Bundle, 150610
Some guys may be thinking that the car jump starts their heart! I know there are some who really loves classic cars. Hopefully this will work for your guys as well.
This is also a very quick card, which makes it one of my favorite kind. All it took was some cutting, two stamps, and one crank of the Big Shot. Woohoo!!
The touch of red is a bid towards the female classic of black and white with a pop of color. I thought of that when I saw the black DSP from Classic Garage Designer Series Paper. The red is actually the reverse side. How convenient is that?
The sentiment is stamped and then die cut. The two pieces are created from one die. It embosses the little ends and cuts out the center all at once. I think it would be great to heat emboss the sentiment on a different color and then pop it into the center. But I wanted to keep things simple on this card.
Thank you so much for visiting today. I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s blog hop and today’s card. I will have another project for you tomorrow, so please come back. And as always, all of the supplies are listed at the bottom of the post.

Welcome to InKing Royalty’s January Blog Hop! This year’s Blog Hop themes are inspired by a single word – and this month our projects are centered around LOVE. You’re certain to see some amazing ideas for Valentine’s Day in the hop, but there are other ways to honor love in the lineup, too. What fun! We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.
My card definitely follows the “LOVE” theme. Just not in the way you would expect maybe. I adore all , well almost all, animals. Especially dogs and cats. So when looking through stamps for this Love project, I couldn’t help but give Happy Tails and Nine Lives a second look. Since I couldn’t decide on one of the sets……….I chose to use both of them…….together!! What better kind of LOVE!!
Happy Tails Bundle, 150631
I tried to not get too fancy with the colors of the animals. That can be a bit tricky sometimes. I went with Crumb Cake and Soft Suede, which pairs beautifully with the Flirty Flamingo. The Wood Textures DSP was a great find, which led to the stitched heart “cut out” of the fence behind them. I do love the Be Mine Framelits and the fact that some do not cut out pieces but embellish them.
The sentiment is from the Nine Lives stamp set and is so true!! In case you were not aware, the Nine Lives stamp set pairs with our Cat Punch from the Annual Catalog. And isn’t it perfect that Stampin’ Up! designed the two so they face each other? A match made in heaven, at least to me.
As always, I have all of the supplies listed at the bottom of the post. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. I would love to hear from you.
For the Ultimate Shopping Experience is to purchase the Starter Kit. Please read through the next items and think about it. If you love paper crafting as much as I do, I believe you will want to talk with me. I hope you will consider it.

I created this card for a friend who recently lost a loved one. As hard as these type cards are to make, I thought this sketch is perfect for a Mother/Daughter, or two friends, for a variety of occasions. It just so happens that it fit perfectly with the Global Design Project 174 sketch challenge. That never happens for me!
Artfully Aware, 149447
Here is the sketch that my card just happened to fit. We are given a bit of leniency on it matching the sketch exactly.
The technique I used is a fairly old one that is super fun. I took the negative from a die cut oval and taped it to my card with removable tape. You can also use sticky notes to hold it in place. Then all you do is sponge inside of the cut out. I added a little bit more in some places. If you want a very smooth layer, try using the sponge brayer with repeated passes. I just used one of the stampin’ sponges that is cut into pieces. I hope you will try this technique. Any die cut or punched shape is free game for this technique.
Thank you for visiting today! Please come back tomorrow for another InKing Royalty Blog Hop. There will be a lot of great projects for you to hop through.
