I have another quick and easy card today. I am also showcasing the beautiful Highland Heather from the Stampin’ Up! Color Revamp. It is gorgeous! And I am once again using the Detailed With Love stamp set. It is a very versatile set for sure.
Detailed with Love, 146606
I have also, for the first time, used the new Stampin’ Up! Embossing Mats. I used it for the detailed cutting in the center of the card. I may not have needed to do that, but I did not have a lot of time and didn’t want to mess up the card. So I played it safe and I love the outcome. I will definitely be playing with these mats more in the near future.
Thank you so much for stopping by today. This is a very simple layout that could be utilized in a variety of ways. I hope you will give it a try.
Be sure and check out all of the current Specials going on right now. The Super Joining Bonus is the best I have ever seen. I would love to talk with you about joining my team. There is no pressure to continue and you still get a lot of wonderful product for your money.

I am back from my awesome sightseeing tour down the west coast. We went from Seattle to San Francisco. I must say the Oregon Coast is simply breathtaking! All of the scenery and sights were wonderful.
Today I have a pretty quick card for you. I am trying to get back in the groove and have a lot of cards to make. So we will get right to it this morning.
I used the beautiful Tropical Escape 6X6 Designer Series Paper Stack as the main color scheme for this card. I am really in love with this paper. The colors are so bright and are some surprising combinations. The colors I have used today are not something I would normally have put together. So keep this combination to try yourself.
The three triangles, or squares if turned another way, are a great way to have a different look with stamp sets. I chose the Dandelion Wishes set and stamped them very subtly with the Gray Granite. I used the Layering Squares to cut them and the Blushing Bride scalloped background.
Thank you for coming back to see me today! I really appreciate it.
There are two fabulous promotions going on right now.
By joining as a demonstrator in July, you will receive as a FREE bonus to your Starter Kit (The Best Shopping Deal!!) a complete set of a color family of Ink Pads. The second promotion is the Buy 3, Get 1 Free DSP Sale. Stampin’ Up!’s Designer Series Paper is the best DSP around, and the prettiest. So how could you go wrong when you get 1 free??? You could keep them all to yourself or share with a friend.
One of my favorite parts of card design is the fold. I love any fold that is a tad different. Today I have a different take on the Z Fold, which is my favorite. This one is the Double Z Fold.
Country Road, 147469
For a country type card, mine is a tad on the bright side. But I love the look of Crumb Cake, Real Red and the new Blueberry Bushel. I utilized most of the stamps in the Country Road stamp set. I discovered the 1 3/4″ Circle Punch matches the wheel perfectly! I love those kind of discoveries.
Here is a picture of the open card so you can see the Double Z.
I probably needed a better angle for the photograph, but I believe you can see the strip that is the second Z of the fold. And did you notice the Happy Birthday sign on the top right? The “Nail” is a brad. I LOVE brads, and Stampin’ Up! has brought them back!! Yippee and Happy Dance!!
Thank you so much for visiting today! I hope you like different folds as much as I do and will give this one a try. If you have any questions I would be thrilled to help you out. All of the supplies I used are listed at the bottom of the page.

It is still a great time to become a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator. I would love to have you join my team. A great perk for demonstrators this time of year is getting to see the new catalog first. Then we get to order and play with the new products a month early. For me, that is one of the best parts of being a SU Demonstrator. Of course, the discount helps! If you are interested, please contact me and let’s talk.
I am back to regular card making for today. The series of items from my Tea Tin gift was different for me. It was nice to venture out of the norm. But now I feel like I need a Hug. And that is what today’s card is all about. I have used the Hedgehugs Stamp Set to create a quick and easy little card.
Hedgehugs, 145879
This card is so bright and cheery that I think it would work for just about anyone, and for a lot of occasions. I adore that sentiment telling you that you are special.
There are quite a few of the new Stampin’ Up! Colors that I am particularly fond of. These two are at the top of the list. They are both very vibrant. Maybe not the typical woodsy colors, but who cares!
I have listed all of the supplies at the bottom of the post. Even though my card has a lot of pieces, it is really quite simple and quick.
Thank you for stopping by today! I very much appreciate it. I hope you have a great weekend and will come back on Monday to see another project.

I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s InKing Royalty Blog Hop. There were some awesome Sunshine related cards and it is definitely worth your time to hop through the list.
For today I have gone back to the gift I made for a friend. The Copper Tea Tin with the 3 X 3 cards inside. So today’s project is the gift tag I made to attach to the gift. I rarely wrap a gift, and the bags I have that are perfect size for the tin are covered in Red hearts. The tag then does not match the color scheme of the gift. But I think it is really cute. I hope you will as well.
Stitched All Around, 148374
I absolutely LOVE the intricate detail on this sentiment layer. It comes from the die and is just gorgeous. As an added bonus it has all of this detail but cuts cleanly and pops right out of the die with no hanging little pieces. WooHoo !!
You can probably tell I used both the Scallop Tag Topper Punch and the Banner Triple Punch to make the red tag part. The only additional items are the little bling of a rhinestone to dot the “i”, and the beautiful ribbon for the tie. All in all this is a super cute, quick and easy, gift addition.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I very much appreciate it and hope you will come back tomorrow for a new project. All of the supplies I used are listed at the bottom of the page.

Welcome to InKing Royalty’s June Blog Hop! This year’s Blog Hop themes are inspired by popular songs – this month’s song is “Here Comes the Sun.” As you can guess, our Blog Hop today is filled with projects that are inspired by the joy of the summer sun. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.
To me Sun = Summer, at least it did when I was a child. Another childhood summer memory is blowing on the little dandelion flowers and watching the fluff float around. Now I think of allergies and where I was spreading those little seeds!! But let’s stick with childhood summer good times! This is the first thing I thought of when I saw the stamp set Dandelion Wishes in the new Stampin’ Up! catalog. And when I saw the theme for this month’s blog hop, again I immediately thought of the dandelions! So here is the card made from my summer memories.
Dandelion Wishes, 146747
I totally love that sentiment! I love the font as well as the statement. And I am pleased that the card did come together as I envisioned it. That is a super win for me. Almost all of these products are new, which is another thing I love.
The colors I chose obviously were to match the Sun theme. I believe they totally worked to create the summer feeling. The new Pineapple Punch is a serious WOW and packs a punch (of color)!!
In case you haven’t figured it out, the sun is from the Painted Harvest sunflower. I stamped the center and then the least defined of the flower section.
All of the supplies I used are listed at the bottom of the post.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you’ll hop along to the next stop on the bloghop, Brian King. There’s lots of inspiration to be found in this group – and you don’t want to miss it!
Thank you for hopping along with us. If you get stuck during the Blog Hop, please use this line-up as a guide:
