My card I have to share today is made from the same template as yesterday. I wanted to show you how different the same base can appear. Having a simple Go To template can be a lifesaver when we need a quick card. Quick does not mean it is not a wonderful card.
Encircled With Love stamp set
The sweet sentiment I chose for this card is one that I love. It is simple, sweet, and says you care about the recipient. To go along with my Valentine idea card, I stamped using Real Red Ink. The hearts in the paper are Real Red, Strawberry Slush and Bubble Bath. This stamp set, Encircled With Love, is in the Annual Catalog in the DVD style case. Now Stampin’ Up! has issued it in the new style cases as well. If you choose the new style, be aware that it is a different product number. The new style case number is 169090.
Made With Love Designer Series Paper
These strips are the same as yesterday’s card and measure 1 X 5. This time I placed the card in landscape layout and used two different patterns from this fun DSP. To center the strips I used my grid paper to place the center one and then came in from each side. I thought I would make a simpler one and leave off the layer behind the strips.
Extras
To create the focal layer I used the 1 3/4′ and 2″ Circle Punches. The 2″ is Strawberry Slush with the stamped image cut with the 1 3/4″. I love circles for a clean and simple card. To add a bit more texture I also used the Bubble Bath Faux Linen Ribbon as I did yesterday. Instead of a small neat bow I went with a large and looser bow behind the sentiment layer. And for my bling Rhinestones were called in. The sentiment has three little star shapes. So a trio of rhinestones, one on each star, seemed the perfect fit.

I am a person who loves Hugs. When the Endless Love Bundle arrived, I knew I would be using the Hugs & Kisses stamp quite often. Today I have used it in conjunction with a sketch challenge my upline Brian King did for our Team meeting. It is a simple one that can be used over and over.
The Sketch
The three vertical stripes with two angled rectangles was the original sketch from Brian. Each strip is 1 X 5. I layered my strips on a piece of Strawberry Slush cardstock. Then added it to the Flirty Flamingo base. All of my color choices are from the DSP. However I went with hearts in place of the rectangles. That is what makes this sketch so versatile. A simple change and it looks totally different.
Made With Love Designer Series Paper
The Made With Love DSP is so fun. It has the prerequisite of hearts in several different patterns. But they are not mushy or child like. I do love the different shades of red and pink. This piece has Real Red and Bubble Bath in the hearts.
Focal Layers
In place of the rectangles Brian shared on his card, I used two die cut hearts. Then I added the fabulously detailed arrow. It is almost like a texture and bling mixed together. I fell in love with it as soon as it was cut.
The sentiment is of course the one I love. It and the dies are from the Endless Love Bundle. And the little stamped hearts are from the set as well. They offered a softer background than the plain white would have been.
Finishes
There is bling and more texture to tie all of my pieces together. I added a bow using the Bubble Bath Faux Linen Ribbon. Attaching it to the arrow made the arrow even more bold. For bling I used a single large size of the Sparkle Dot Essentials. This is a multi color and varying sizes of almost flat bling. That is the perfect kind!

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! I hope you have shared at least one of your hand made card filled with love. I think all of our hand made cards are filled with love personally. But today is a special one. I looked for a set that maybe would not scream Valentine’s Day. And I believe I found it for today’s card.
STAMPS
The stamp set I found to spread love is the Sending Love stamp set. I only used the stamps with no Dies. And all of the stamps used are from this one set. The mail box is the main aspect and is not exactly colored traditionally! All of the coloring is done using Stampin’ Blends. I used Smoky Slate for the post but topped it with Highland Heather. And added Granny Apple Green for the mail box itself. I know this would not fly in most communities, but it can work in this card’s world.
To add the sentiment was a question for me. I knew I would have to cut it as this is one long sentiment. It really would not look proper being larger than the focal panel. There was this scrap of Peach Pie on my desk and the answer presented itself. I stamped on the Peach Pie and then simply cut the sentiment in half. This brought out yet another color of the DSP in a fun way. Plus pairs perfectly with the mail box theme.
PAPERS
These sheets of DSP are both from the Toadstool Garden Designer Series Paper. This is a Free 6X6 paper pack in Sale-A-Bration. With a qualifying order this is one of the products you can choose. SAB goes through the end of the month so you still have time to get some of the freebies!
I pulled all of the colors from the toadstool sheet of DSP. The Peach Pie was a surprise addition but I love how it helps those mushrooms to pop. The card base is Granny Apple Green. That striped sheet is a mix of Fresh Freesia and Highland Heather. Those are the colors I tried to add in to the mailbox panel.
EXTRAS
The trio of shimmer gems are all from the 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems. I used different shades of the pink/purple and then a Peach Pie one as well. This is a more whimsical card where it does not require elegant bling!
LAYERS
The card base measures 4 1/4 X 11 and is scored at 5 1/2. The two DSP strips are 2 1/2 X 5 1/8 for the left side and 2 X 5 for the right side. For the focal layer there is a thin layer of Granny Apple that measures 2 3/4 X 4 3/8 with the Basic White layer being 2 3/8 X 4 1/4.

I have mixed two of the heart stamp sets that are current with Stampin’ Up!. The Adoring Hearts stamp set and the Hearts of Elegance Dies. Add some gorgeous DSP and you have a lovely card.
STAMPS
The focal heart is made from the two products mentioned at the beginning. The sweet sentiment and the flowers are from the Adoring Hearts stamp set. I had the idea of the paper and heart but what to be the focal part was a problem. As soon as I looked through the stamps in the stamp set I found exactly what would fit.
These are stamped after the heart is cut. That makes placement very easy. The flowers are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored using Old Olive and Pretty In Pink Stampin’ Blends.
DIES
The heart die cut is from the Hearts of Elegance Die set. Is it a part of the bundle with the DSP and the Gold Twine. There are two large hearts, a solid and an outline. Then there are a series of layering dies. This is the second largest of those.
PAPERS
To help the marbled sheet of DSP stand out I used a second sheet from the pack. These are both from t he Marbled Elegance Designer Series Paper. I was not sure in the beginning how well they would work together. After layering the White I was sure I had chosen correctly to help everything stand out.
The card base is Pretty In Pink which is the lightest color in the marbled DSP. The layers measure 4 X 5 1/4, 3 7/8 X 5 1/8, then 2 3/4 X 4 and 2 5/8 X 3 7/8. The heart was from a scrap of Basic White.
EXTRAS
There are two extras to complete this card. I wanted to carry on with the gold. So I chose the Gold Twisted Twine. It is wrapped around the marbled layer three times. I then added a triple strand bow to the front. I tucked the heart behind the twine thinking it looked better that way.
The bling is a subtle one. I went with a single bling for a change. This is the Regal Foiled Adhesive Dots. There are four colors and I chose the pinkish one. (That is a technical term:)

I love making little treat holders to hand out to the nice people I encounter regularly. The ones I have to share today have been around for some time. Actually I had a lady message me asking exactly how it went together. So after playing with it to help her, I decided I should make some to hand out. It is a Double Treat Holder. I have used it for Ghirardelli Chocolates and Tea Bags. This one has gorgeous DSP to make it extra special.
I have the directions at the bottom of the post. They are pretty simple to score and fold.
STAMPS & DIES
This sweet stamp is is from the Mixed Labels Bundle. And the adorable Die cut shape is made using one of the matching Dies. I love the stitching with detail around the edge. Plus the new shape is wonderful. On The opposite side of the treat holder I added a little note card. The sentiment from it is from the fabulous So Sincere stamp set. It is definitely one that is a keeper for some great sentiments.
The the opposite side of the treat holder is the exact same size as the front. You could add a second treat there in place of a note. Here is a view of that side.
PAPERS
This gorgeous paper is the Marbled Elegance Designer Series Paper. It is back in stock now so Woohoo!! The gold marbling is on one side with red, cherry cobbler, pretty in pink, white, and gold. The stamping was done on good ol’ Basic White. So a simple supply project as well.
EXTRAS
The Cherry Cobbler and Gold ribbon used to hold the sides together is from Holiday Catalog that just went out. It is still available but with low inventory. For the bling I used the Gold Textured Adhesive Dots. There are three different sizes and I used the middle size to add a touch of gold to the main sentiment.
DIRECTIONS
The treat holder uses a 6X6 piece of DSP. Use your Simply Scored Scoring Tool. I have drawn a line down the center of mine from the 6″ mark using a Black Sharpie. This makes the steps for this project much easier. So….place the DSP on the scoring tool with a point at the 6″ mark and the other lines up in the 6″ line. You have a diamond shape. Score at 4 1/2 and 7 1/2. Make a turn in either direction and score at 5 1/4, 6, and 6 3/4.
Fold and burnish on all of the score lines. Decide which paper you want to be on the outside front folds, like where my sentiment is. Now fold the two side score folds towards the center. They overlap a bit and that is perfect. Then fold the three center scores with the center one making a mountain. Fold the other two so they meet to make the shape. There is no adhesive needed! Here is a view of the side so you can see those center score lines as they need to fold. Let me know if you have any problems.

It has finally dawned on me that Valentine’s Day is just a short couple of weeks away. When looking through my stamp sets I checked out the wonderful new Hearts of Elegance Bundle. The Dies are what grabbed my attention for a fun card that is a little different. It is a heart shaped card.
Here is the fun open view:
STAMPS & DIES
The Hearts of Elegance Bundle, from the new drop of Online Exclusives, contains great Valentine and Love sentiments as well as a few additional images. The Die set is fabulous! There are two large Dies, the two larger on the front of the card, and then several smaller ones. The inside White and the DSP are the same Die that doesn’t exactly fit the second largest. But it does fit the largest and has a few smaller in the layering line.
The rose is from the stamp set and did not complete as I envisioned. The single stamping of it left two much open space. So I turned it just a bit and stamped again. That worked perfectly except I should have done them in complimentary colors I believe. I did add some highlights with Stampin’ Blends. And the banner sentiment is from the set and fits perfectly across the front of the card. As does the inside Happy Valentine’s Day!
PAPERS
The color choices in paper are pulled from this gorgeous DSP. It is the Marbled Elegance Designer Series Paper. The paper has been so popular that it is currently out of stock. Hopefully it will return soon. I did not realize it was out until I had already used it on the card.
To match the DSP, I used Melon Mambo as the card base and Pretty In Pink for the large layer. I believe I covered up the pink of the marbling with the banner though. The fun heart shaped card was made by beginning with a regular 8 1/2 X 5 1/2 card base folded in half. I only wanted the one corner to be connected for a unique look. To make this happen I placed the Largest heart shape Die on the front of the folded card in landscape mode. And I simply pushed one of the heart tops past the fold just a bit. It does take several run throughs on the Cut & Emboss machine to cut through the two pieces of cardstock.
EXTRAS
This gorgeous DSP really doesn’t need a lot of bling assistance. Since I shared a card yesterday that had no bling, I felt obligated to add a bit more today. The Low Profile Dots seemed perfect to add a more gold. Plus they were handy! And they help bring out the gold leaves for the rose. That was a thought that may throw some folks off. I took some creative license and added the gold leaves to the rose as an added touch of bling. When Wild Wheat retires I will be lost as I use it regularly for a gold ink color.
