I hope you all have received the new Stampin’ Up! Catalog. I think it is awesome!! I was thrilled with the carryover stamps and the new ones are wonderful. If you do not have a catalog, and do not have a demonstrator, please let me know. I would love to get one of these new catalogs to you.
Today I am sharing another of the new stamp sets. It is the Sailing Home suite of products. You do not need to be a sailing fan to love this set. I have seen some gorgeous samples with it. My card today is very simple layout.
I used the Sailing Home Bundle and the Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper. I love this sentiment. It would work for many occasions, or just a Thinking of You! The stitched look around the sentiment shape was a surprise to me. LOL! I guess I had not looked very closely at the photos in the catalog.
The rope and anchor are part of the dies. I love the embossing on the rope. The anchor has the required loop at the top so you could tie rope through it. I simply pushed the end of the knot through the hole to give that appearance. Easy Peasy!!
The CLEARANCE RACK is getting an update today with some Price Reductions included. Be sure to check it out.
Thank you for stopping by today. I appreciate you visiting to see my projects. I will NOT have a project for tomorrow, but will be back on Monday. I hope you have a great weekend.

I am mixing old products with some new pieces in today’s card. I love doing that. It is sort of a “one last spin” with some of the retiring products.
I wish I could say that I did something to create that gorgeous lace layer!! But I cannot. It is a FABULOUS set of cards and envelopes that are all cut for you. They are just waiting for you to choose the color of card stock or designer series paper to place behind the lace look. It also comes in a gorgeous metal tin. It is named the Bird Ballad Laser Cut Cards In A Tin. The envelope is shown here. I should have shown the back flap of the envelope. It is a pretty scalloped flap.
I chose Coastal Cabana for the color to show through the lace. I used a rolled up glue dot in each corner to adhere it to the laser cut front. The Flirty Flamingo Doily is part of a pack of 4 colors of doilies. Perfectly named Colored Doilies!! They are retiring at the end of the month. I thought it worked wonderfully here though.
I also used the retiring 1 1/4″ Circle Punch to punch out the sentiment from Very Vanilla card stock. I failed to mention that the cards and envelopes are Very Vanilla. Sorry about that.
To adhere the doily, I placed a glue dot in the center of the lace layer, then placed the doily over top. The sentiment is layered with Stampin’ Dimensionals to raise it. The dimensional also help in adhering the doily. I topped it off with three Share What You Love Artisan Pearls, another retiring product.
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I really appreciate it. Please come back tomorrow for another new sneak peek of products.

This week is National Police Week. The Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington DC is the center of the ceremonies that will be held. Sadly there will be way too many names added to the memorial wall again this year.
Today’s card is a simple card to honor all Law Enforcement Officers.
I am sad to see this Loyal & True stamp set and the military stamp set retire this catalog. It will stay with me however.
For today’s card I kept it very simple and clean. The base is Night of Navy card stock and the Blue Line is Blueberry Bushel. Other than the main piece, I just added the Loyal & True along with the My Hero. The only thing raised is the center blue heart. I fussy cut it and raised it with a dimensional. I used the Crushed Curry and Blueberry Bushel Stampin’ Write Markers to color the badge.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you have a great beginning to your week and will return tomorrow.

Today’s card is one I made for a very special person. A friend’s son is in the military and was injured pretty severely. He is back in the U.S. and has already undergone several surgeries, with more to come. There is not much I can do for him or the family. But sending a card is right up my alley. Even if I am a bit late in doing so. Please put this young man in your prayers if you would.
So here is the card.
Waterfront, 146386
I love this font on the Wishing You Well. It is from the Wishing You Well stamp set. Although I should have left a white space for it. The Shaded Spruce is sort of covering it. Also, I failed to mention the main set I used is the Waterfront stamp set.
Here is the inside piece.
This gorgeous sentiment is from the More Than Words stamp set. It is on the retiring list, but I think it will be hanging around my house a bit longer!
Thank you for stopping by today! I have listed all of the products at the bottom of the post.

I have a very simple and quick card to share today. I have fallen back to the annual catalog for the Rooted In Nature stamp set. I wanted to showcase some of the retiring colors and thought the nature set would be perfect.
Rooted In Nature, 146482
I used the Tranquil Tide and Lemon Lime Twist retiring ink colors as well as Granny Apple Green. The leaf that looks sort of Blue is the Tranquil Tide. It is really amazing how colors sort of change when next to other colors.
The sentiment is a favorite of mine. I love the look it gives. I flanked it with the Lemon Lime Twist smaller leaves and then made a tag from the Banner Triple Punch. Of course I had to add something else. So I decided on the Linen Thread. You can never go wrong with that thread!!
Thank you for stopping by today. I appreciate it and as always have listed all of the products used at the bottom of the post.

The retiring list of Stampin’ Up! products was published yesterday afternoon. I have a link to it in my Online Store after this post. Or you can simply click on the Shop tab at the top of the page and go there anytime. REMINDER: There are quite a lot of products that are carrying over. But if they are part of a bundle currently, they will show that retiring!!! That is just you can no longer get it in a bundle with the 10% discount after the new catalog goes live.
I am sharing one of the retiring stamp sets from the Occasions catalog. So do not panic, it is still available now. It is the Easter Set, His Grace. I love this set for the sentiments and the images. I do not think it has been given near enough love by folks. So I am sharing it today for a non-Easter card. I hope it will inspire you to try it.
His Grace, 148676
This was really a pretty quick card to make. It is stamped and then colored with Stampin’ Blends. If you follow my blog you know already how much I love coloring with these guys. This was very simple and I like that.
The corners are punched using one end of the Trio Corner Punch just to give it a little attention other than adding ribbon or other embellishments.
The sentiment is from Accented Blooms, a sweet set from the Annual Catalog. I love the look of stamping the sentiment across a focal point.
Thank you for visiting today. I do have the link to the Retiring Lists and hope you will grab anything you are interested in right away so as not to be disappointed. The retiring In Colors will be among the first items to sell out. I also have a HOST CODE listed below if you would like to place an order.
