I really love the cute stamp set “A Good Day”. I see this one hanging around my house even after it retires. There are so many cute little pieces that I tend to use one here and there. Today I have used the special little bunny posing for his picture to be made. At least that’s what I see him doing. 🙂

Another of my favorite stamp sets is one of the Host set from the Occasion Catalog – Yay You! I know you have seen this sentiment on a couple of my cards. It is definitely a favorite. I need it as my motto!!
I used a variety of products to get this cute card. They will all be listed in the supply list, but the most visual is the Basket Weave Embossing Folder. Oh My!! The detail in this folder is Awesome! I am so happy that it will be carrying over to the next Annual Catalog. Although why wait to purchase it in June, when you can get it FREE now! Yes, it is one of the second release Sale-A-Bration items.
Thank you for stopping by today! I really appreciate it and your comments. If you have any questions, just send me a message or ask in comments and I will get back to you. Have an Awesome rest of your day!!

I may be a tad early, but I have made my first Easter/Spring card. This could go either way by simply changing the sentiment. For me, when the daffodils begin breaking through the the dirt, it is Spring!! My allergies hate it , but I love it. When I saw this set in the Occasions Catalog, I knew it had to come to my house and was on my preorder.

I call Daffodils and Jonquils both Daffodils. I never know the proper names, so please forgive me if I hav it backwards again. I did start out coloring the entire flower yellow but then thought of the peach and decided to give it my own twist on nature. And of course, I used the Stampin’ Blends….again 🙂
The large circle layer is a twist on the “Highlighting” technique that was popular years ago. It is another one of the discoveries I made while cleaning out my craft room. And the strip of DSP from Delightful Daisy is a great way to use the leftovers from the beautiful paper that you cannot stand to throw away!!
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a great beginning to your week and will visit tomorrow. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

This Flying Home stamp set is just adorable. At first glance I thought it was too similar to some other ones. But then I thought of each of the stamps in a small frame. A perfect Springtime sampler. I did not go that route today though. This is just a sweet little 4 X 4 card that would be great for almost any occasion.

Of course, the perfect companion to this cute stamp set are the Stampin’ Blends. I know I have been utilizing them quite a lot. They are just so darn easy to use so I find myself reaching for them over and over.
I kept this card super simple. It is a 4 X 4 with Night of Navy as the base, and navy layered with Whisper White is all I used. Of course I played with a variety of colors in my flowers and birdhouse. 🙂
This card would be perfect for a Stampin’ Up! Party. It would be easy for any level of stamper. If you do not have a demonstrator I would love to talk with you and help you with your stamping needs.
Thank you so much for visiting today! I hope you have an awesome weekend and will stop back next week. The supplies I used are listed at the bottom of the page.

It is a rainy day here in the Atlanta area. But that can still be considered a Good Day! Today’s card is what I think of as a “pick me up” type card. It would be great to drop in someone’s lunch or as a random act of kindness.
A Good Day, 145873
If you have not given this A Good Day set a second look, I hope you will. All of the pieces are just so cute and versatile. Today I paired it with the Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper. This is to me a SMILE card.
I made this a 4 X 4 card instead of 3 X 3 because I wanted to see more of the DSP. I think it adds so much to the card. The background is stamped in So Saffron ink as a soft watermark type layer. That stamp is from Lovely Wishes.
The measurements and supplies are listed below. I hope you have an awesome and Great Day!!
MEASUREMENTS:
Base card is 4 X 8 and folded in half
The DSP is 3 7/8 X 3 7/8
The black layer is 3 X 3
The white top layer is 2 7/8 X 2 7/8

LOL !!! If you are my age, you probably grew up with the “Bluebird of Happiness” not being a good thing. But that was exactly what I thought of when I saw the bird with the heart on top of the cart. And that led to part of my color scheme for this card. I am really happy with my bluebird here.
Friendships Sweetest Thoughts, 145826
My spring type flowers are my happy thoughts for warmer weather. I am tired of being cold! I definitely would not make it living in the north. So I went with spring flowers and soft colors.
The Night of Navy is a far cry from a “soft” color, that I was going for with this card. I think it works though. I believe it helps to draw out the color in the softer shades. I hope you like it as well. This was a super quick card to make and I hope you will give it a try.
