I have done a little soft layering today. A bit of a different approach for me. I wanted this to be a softer card and it is that along with being just “less”. So very different than my normal.
Basket of Wishes, 142200
I really love this stamp set, Basket of Wishes. So many good things come in baskets. Especially back when I was a child. And as I said earlier, I wanted this to be a little softer look. So I went with the background stamp from Hello Friend, and then added the basket in front of it. The succulents fit perfectly in the basket. The fact that it is a photopolymer set is AWESOME ! I love how easy it is to layer with the see through photopolymer.
The soft suede makes the perfect color for the basket. I then used the Stamp ‘n Write Markers in Crumb Cake, Pear Pizzaz and Wild Wasabi to color the basket and the succulent plants. Super Easy!!
Thank you for visiting today! I hope you enjoyed this quick and simple card.

Over the weekend I made a trip to Alabama with a group of the InKing Royalty Team Members to a Stampin’ Up! event. We had a blast, got some great project ideas, and did a wonderful card swap. So today I am sharing the card I made for the swap. You know I like cards a little more on the simple side. This one is that to a T!

If the stamped flowers look somewhat familiar, it is because I used them on a little different card last week. You can see that post HERE. This is such a great stamp set for so many reasons. For me, it is mostly because it is just so easy. You can do any color, any combination of the flowers, and have a really cute card made up pretty quickly. I hope you will consider this stamp set to try yourself.
The only additions to my color combination is a little Calypso Coral for the daffodil centers and Enamel Dots for the Rich Razzleberry flower centers. I had to give it a little bit of dimension. I think this card would work with so many different sentiments.
Thank you for visiting today! I appreciate you doing so and I love to read your comments. The supplies I used are listed at the bottom of the post.

I really love the cute stamp set “A Good Day”. I see this one hanging around my house even after it retires. There are so many cute little pieces that I tend to use one here and there. Today I have used the special little bunny posing for his picture to be made. At least that’s what I see him doing. 🙂

Another of my favorite stamp sets is one of the Host set from the Occasion Catalog – Yay You! I know you have seen this sentiment on a couple of my cards. It is definitely a favorite. I need it as my motto!!
I used a variety of products to get this cute card. They will all be listed in the supply list, but the most visual is the Basket Weave Embossing Folder. Oh My!! The detail in this folder is Awesome! I am so happy that it will be carrying over to the next Annual Catalog. Although why wait to purchase it in June, when you can get it FREE now! Yes, it is one of the second release Sale-A-Bration items.
Thank you for stopping by today! I really appreciate it and your comments. If you have any questions, just send me a message or ask in comments and I will get back to you. Have an Awesome rest of your day!!

I have another simple card today. There are so many beautiful Designer Series Papers in the Stampin’ Up! catalogs. I chose one to color with the Stampin’ Blends. It is quite relaxing to color and the bonus is to then make a sweet card from your efforts to share.
Heartfelt Blooms, 147202
I have a little different color combination on this card. I used Calypso Coral and Island Indigo. The Island Indigo pairs wonderfully with the Calypso Coral and I wanted something other than Old Olive from the stems. Just a change of pace was what I was feeling, with the added bonus that it emphasizes the dragonfly more.
The gorgeous ribbon is one of the FREE Sale-a-bration items. Thee is a three pack of shimmery ribbon. It is all beautiful. Remember that we are heading into the last month of SAB !!
This could not be an easier card to make. I colored, layered, added a ribbon and sentiment, finished!
Thank you for visiting today. I very much appreciate you checking out my cards. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

I have the matching partner to the Tutti Frutti Pinapple card from last week for you today. These are just so darn, quick, easy, and most of all they are super cute!
Tutti Frutti Cards & Envelopes, 147242
Between the Tutti Frutti Designer Series Paper Stack and the matching Tutti Frutti Cards & Envelopes, there was nothing to do but add a sentiment. Of course the sentiment is from the stamp set Fruit Basket! I have made up a couple of gifts from these products. They are just perfect. And to top it off, they are full size cards and envelopes. So no problem in mailing them. Easy Peasy!!!
Thank you for visiting today! I hope you will give these products a second look. The supplies I used are listed at the bottom of the page.

I am feeling the Spring in the air today. So I have made another flowery card. Once the Daffodils begin blooming, I start looking for other flowers (and my antihistamines!). The one for today is a quick and easy card using the Blooms & Wishes stamp set from the Annual Catalog.
Blooms & Wishes, 141784
The sentiment is from the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set in the Occasions Catalog. Instead of adding a layer in the center with the sentiment, I cut an oval using the Layering Ovals Framelits. I cut the oval from copy paper and used a repositionable adhesive to hold it in place while I stamped. How easy is that?
My colors were mostly from the Brights Collection, with a couple of Enamel Shapes added in. A quick and easy card the could have such a variety of uses.
Thank you for visiting today! I hope you enjoyed my bright springtime card. Please let me know if you have any questions. I love to hear from you. The supplies I used are at the bottom of the post.
