Today’s card is another of the Retiring Bundles from the Annual Catalog. This is the Posted For You Bundle. I am excited that the punch will be carrying over. It is the Rectangle Postage Punch. However the stamp set is retiring.
The Love “postage stamp” and the seal are both from the stamp set. I envisioned this as looking similar to a post card by using the “Special Delivery” seal.
The Love is colored using the Stampin’ Blend Markers of Rococo Rose, Just Jade and the letters are Crumb Cake. I used the same colors, minus the Just Jade as the card base and ribbon. The little heart inside the seal is from the Dog Builder Punch. Sadly it is on the retiring list as well.
My plan is to make a set of these in the outgoing In Colors. I love the Scalloped Linen Ribbon in each color. These cards would be a nice little gift using the various colors. It is a quick card to make.
Thank you for stopping in today. Please come back by tomorrow for another new project.

I have such mixed feelings when catalogs are retiring. I am excited to see what the new catalog brings. But at the same time sad to see some of my favorites going away. So I am going to share some of my favorites in the coming couple of weeks.
Today’s card features the Wrapped Bouquet Bundle from the Mini Catalog. I love the matching dies and especially the folded newspaper to hold the bouquet. Here is my card.
I paired the Wrapped Bouquet with the Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper. I chose all of the colors based on the DSP, as usual!
The bouquet is stamped using Old Olive Ink. I made that choice since the main leaves of the stamp are solid. I then colored the bouquet flowers with Stampin’ Blends. The newspaper is stamped using Smoky Slate Ink for a faded look. It is then die cut using the matchiing dies. The newspaper die has score lines included in the die cut for ease and a perfect fold.
The Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper is gorgeous! And it has so much detail. It looks like if you touch it, it will feel like an oil painting. The texture it gives is amazing. The piece I chose to use has just a few flowers and the great textured background.
The only added touches I made were to add some Wink of Stella to the flowers. And I added a couple of pearls to the larger ones. I debated on a sentiment, but finally decided to just let the paper and stamped bouquet be the card.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope your day is a good one.

I am really happy to share today’s card with you. It is a quick, but really cute card. It is also one that you could easily make multiples of and have on hand to add whatever sentiment is needed for the occasion. My sentiment is a sweet one that I love.
I love every layer of this card. I paired the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper with the Greenery Embossing Folder, and Stitched So Sweetly Dies. The sentiment is from the Friends Are Like Seashells stamp set. I think this is such a sweet sentiment. And I love the font!
The base card is Crumb Cake with a wider than normal border before the Seaside Spray layer. I am SO going to miss the Seaside Spray! It is a perfect blue. The DSP piece has just a touch of the Crumb Cake in it, and that is all it needed. (There is a similar pieces that has a touch of Misty Moonlight in place of the Crumb Cake!!)
The banner is first cut using the Banner Triple Punch and then embossed with one of the two Greenery Embossing Folders. These folders are designed for the Mini Cut & Emboss Machine. But they work perfectly in the regular size as well. Tip: I recommend to punch before embossing. The embossing softens the paper, and that could cause issues getting your perfect banner.
The top layer is the sentiment. It is stamped onto the Crumb Cake piece and then die cut. The Stitched So Sweetly Dies are probably my most used ones. I love the rectangles as well as the fun shapes, like this one. The finishing touch is a simple bow made with the Blue & White twine from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you like this sweet card and will maybe try this layout. I got the idea from the Annual Catalog. There is a card on page 69 in the upper right corner. You never know where your inspiration will come from.
Here are the measurements for today’s card.
Card base is 5 1/2 X 8 1/2, scored and folded at 4 1/4
Seaside Spray layer is 5 X 3 3/4
DSP layer is 4 7/8 X 3 5/8
Banner is 2 X 3 1/4

I added an extra post last night with some information regarding the Retiring List. If you missed that one, I have the same information below. But first, lets get to today’s card.
I say I love a lot of the stamps and paper Stampin’ Up! carries. But this is a wonderful one. It has really nice sentiments and is wonderful for graduations , travel, and masculine cards. This one is geared more towards a graduation or birthday for a certain age.
I paired the gorgeous World Of Good Designer Series paper with Gold Foil for the main part of the card. My little gap between the two pieces of DSP was an accident that I was thrilled with. I love when that happens. I had intended for the pieces to touch. But I believe that little gap just lets all the gold shine even more.
This was a really quick card with the exception of cutting paper. I have all of the measurements for you just below. The sentiment is stamped in Misty Moonlight and is finished off with the 2020-2022 In Color Dots. The world is stamped in Basic Gray with the circles for it and the background cut using Layering Circles Dies.
Measurements:
Card base of Misty Moonlight cut to 4 1/4 X 11 and scored at 5 1/2
Gold Foil layer cut to 4 X 5 1/4
Left side DSP strip cut to 3/4 X 5
Right side DSP cut to 3 X 5
Sentiment background of Misty Moonlight cut to 1 1/4 X 4
Sentiment White cut to 1 X 4
If you click on the picture it will open the PDF of the Retiring Items. Here are a few things to be aware of:
The retiring items are as supply lasts
The In Colors that are retiring will go quickly!
Pay attention to Bundles. They may carry over, there will be an astric or two. Check the coding on the bottom of the last page.
And if you place an order from me, please use my host code listed on the right column or beneath the picture.
Enjoy!!!

I am playing along with the Paper Players Challenge with today’s card. It is the first time I have tried one of their challenges and this is a fun one. It is animals and Clean and Simple with lots of white space. If you know my style…..that is not my normal card. I will let you be the judge.
Here is the Challenge banner.
The beginnings of the card is another “Found on my desk” item! You would think by now that I would be down to desktop!! I found the negative to a die cut from the Painted Labels Dies. I used the negative and the new Blending Brushes to make the background. The beautiful blue is the Seaside Spray Ink. It was difficult for me to only use the card base and White!!
The Sloth is from the Back On Your Feet stamp set. I love these sweet images depicting oopsies in our lives. Humor is always a good thing. I stamped the sloth in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored using Stampin’ Blends. I highlighted his bandage with Light Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blend on the edges instead of leaving it plain. The final touch was just the sweet “Sigh” sentiment from the stamp set.
Now that I completed the card, I find that I really like this Clean look! You may be seeing more of this type card in the future.

I am giving some love to a stamp set that I feel has been sort of left out in all of the great sets in the Mini Catalog. This is the Lots Of Heart set. It is a really sweet set with three different hearts and some cute sentiments. I made a quick Note card that I am really happy with.
As you can see there is not a lot to this card. But Notes are usually pretty simple. I have been trying to incorporate the Retiring In Colors this month. Sadly they will be gone before we know it. For this card, I paired Pretty Peacock with Granny Apple Green. Both of these colors, surprisingly, work well with quite a lot of other colors.
The DSP is from the Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper. It has Granny Apple Green and the Pretty Peacock in a fun pattern. To match the pattern of the DSP, I embossed the banner with the Dainty Diamonds Embossing Folder. I see diamonds in the DSP and thought it was a great match. The banner was made using the Banner Triple Punch.
The heart is from the Lots of Heart stamp set. I stamped it in Granny Apple Green and used my paper snips to cut it out. It was very easy to do. Yes, there are matching dies and I did not even think about it until after I had fussy cut! LOL!! The sentiment is from the stamp set as well. It is stamped in Pretty Peacock and then cut using the Classic Label Punch. For the finishing touch, I added a single one of the White Resin Hearts. It really pops against the Pretty Peacock Banner.
Thanks for stopping by today. Remember that the 2019-2021 In Colors will all be retiring at the end of the current Annual Catalog. That is on May 3rd. Most likely the In Colors will all be sold out by that time if history repeats. I do know that Rococo Rose is already on low inventory.
