The Christmas Rose products will be available for customer orders beginning on November 1st. As will the new Paper Trimmer. I thought I would share a project with the Christmas Rose stamp set. This is so pretty and would work for other than Christmas. The stamp set has two cases. There is the single stamp, which is what I used today, in Red Rubber. The second case holds several stamps and they are in photopolymer. They can be used to add color to the large stamp I have used. I chose to color mine with Stampin’ Blends instead.
I stamped the large image using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then colored it using a variety of the Stampin’ Blends. I colored the roses with Poppy Parade and used that card stock as the base and layer of the card. The Designer Series Paper you see is from the Christmastime Is Here DSP. I wanted a sort of subtle background for the rose. This paper reminds me of old fashioned wallpaper.
MEASUREMENTS:
base is 5 1/2 X 8 1/2
White is 5 3/8 X 4 1/8
DSP is 5 1/4 X 4
Poppy Parade is 4 3/4 X 3 3/4
White is 4 5/8 X 3 5/8
Thank you for stopping by today! Please return again tomorrow for another new project.

The new Stampin’ Up! Paper Trimmer has been revealed!! It is available for order by Demonstrators on October 1. Here is a picture of it. I will be giving you my opinion after the beginning of the month. I cannot wait and I hope you will be just as excited! The trimmer will be available for customer purchase on November 1st! WooHoo!!
CHRISTMASTIME IS HERE SUITE BUNDLE: This can be ordered as a Suite Bundle with everything pictured, or individually to get just the pieces you want. The products will be available on November 1 for customers to order.
I played with two gorgeous products to create today’s card. Actually there were three products. I began with the Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper. Then I paired it with the So Many Stars Bundle. The third piece was the Copper Foil. The final product is a card that simply shines.
Actually the shine was almost too much for the camera! The stars on the right are die cut with the Copper Foil. And as a bonus, I have all of the open stars leftover. So I have plenty to add to other upcoming projects since I made a dozen of this card!
The DSP is the Brightly Gleaming Specialty DSP. It has the copper running through it as well. I backed the DSP with Very Vanilla card stock and used a die from the Merry Christmas Dies to cut out the sentiment. It is just fine standing alone with that vanilla backing to ground it. The sentiment is from Itty Bitty Birthdays.
Thank you for stopping by today. Please come back tomorrow for another new project.

Welcome to the Pals’ Blog Hop! We’re so glad you’re here because we made some great projects for “My Favorite Season” – showcasing our favorite stamps and supplies for our holiday project. You may be starting the hop here or coming from a previous Pal’s blog. Either way, you’ve come to the right place. You’ll find the full line-up below to help you move, or “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
My Favorite Season is Christmas. It has been since I was a child and maybe even increased since then. I even collect Santa Claus anythings! My biggest difficulty was choosing between two stamp sets. I went with #Elfie because of the versatility of the set.
I made the card and added a matching gift tag as an extra. I love all of the stamps in the #Elfie Stamp Set. They are just adorable. Here is a view of just the card alone.
I used the Toile Tiding Designer Series Paper as my backdrop. I stamped the Elf in Memento Tuxedo Ink an colored with the Stampin’ Blends.
I always like to add ribbon but in this instance it just did not seem quite enough. I tried a couple of things and then decided to add a few of the little gift boxes. I stamped and colored them the same way. They are fussy cut, but are very simple to do.
While I was adding the gifts to the card, I thought the gift tag required one as well. The gift tag is punched using the Delightful Tag Topper Punch. I punched both pieces at the same time. To give the border across the top, I made the Vanilla part 1/8″ shorter. I used temporary adhesive with the two pieces flush at the bottom for punching. After punching them, I slid the Vanilla up to the appropriate place of the layering. The hole is still lined up, but just a bit low on the front, and plenty large enough to run the Curly Red Ribbon through.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I greatly appreciate it and hope you like my #Elfie projects. I have the measurements listed below the Pals Blog Line-Up.
More inspiration awaits! Use the Blog Hop Line-up below to visit the rest of this month’s Design Team. My fellow Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Don’t forget to show us some love by commenting on our creations. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, November 13th when we showcase projects with layers of DSP and embellishments for any occasion. Don’t miss the fun!

Saturday was World Card Making Day. I have some pictures to share with you from my craft day with some of my Stamp Club members. But Stampin’ Up! is doing this week as Send A Card Week! I hope you will join in and pleae let me know how many cards you send out this week. You can bring a smile to someone’s face by sharing one of your creations with them.
I am sharing one of the cards I made for WCMD. It is all about Christmas and Plaid!
I adore the Wrapped In Plaid Designer Series Paper! I have used it several times. Today I paired it with the Perfect Plaid Bundle. The bundle includes the stamp set and the tree punch. One of the Ladies in my club immediately said the tree layer looks like an ornament. How pretty would that be to place two of these back to back with a ribbon in between? I love it!!
The circles are backed with the Copper Foil. In case you have not seen the Wrapped In Plaid DSP, it has plaid with copper running through it on one side and then a non-copper side. The reindeer on the strip down the center is one of the opposite sides.
To finish the tree, I added the Star Designer Elements. They are a copper look and have great definition to them. I wasn’t sure how to finish the Merry Christmas layer, so I added one of the stars there as well.
Measurements:
5 1/2 X 8 1/2
5 1/4 X 4
5 1/4 X 2 1/4
5 1/4 X 2
Thank you for stopping by today! Remember to make a comment this week and let me know if you send out any cards to celebrate Send A Card Week!! And here are a couple of pictures from WCMD with a few of my Stamp Club Ladies! A fun time was had !! 🙂

I am playing with a few new products today. It is the Shimmery Crystal Effects and the stamp set God’s Peace. Both are wonderful!
I used the Shimmery Crystal Effects on the candles and a few shimmer drops up next to the red and green glitter dots. I know it does not show up well in the photo. That is disappointing. It has a subtle shimmer that really looks nice, especially on the candles. If you are long time Stampin’ Up! , you will remember the old Crystal Effects. If not, it is a clear liquid glue that dries clear, but gives great definition to things. The new one as the name says, has shimmer in it. A tip: if you use either, do the Crystal Effects last and lay your piece aside to dry for about 30 minutes to an hour.
The candle stamp is from the God’s Peace stamp set. It is so nice and there are other stamps and sentiments in the set. I wanted just the candles to be the focal point so I went with a small sentiment from Itty Bitty Chiristmas stamp set. The gorgeous strip of DSP is from the Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper. And of course to match the DSP, I went with the foil background to the sentiment.
Thank you so much for stopping by today. Take a look at the new products listed below as well!!

I have a Christmas card to share today. I am also sharing a little tip about the photopolymer stamps.
These stamps are all from the Making Christmas Bright stamp set. As I mentioned above, they are the photopolymer stamps and that means they are flexible. Do you see where I am going? The light string is included in the set and is already bent a little. The Making Spirits Bright stamp is straight. But because of the flexibility of the material, it can be arched a bit.
To do this little trick, I attached the green light string to one side of the H Stamp Block. I turned it over on my grid paper and easily bent the sentiment to the same arch. It was pretty easy to see through the block and see the line from the other side. I simply placed the sentiment on the line. It was not perfect, but close enough for me. And it only took a minute to do. You could use the same theory with the Stamparatus by stamping the line, and then laying the sentiment on the line where you want it and picking it up with the next panel.
The light bulbs are stamped and punched out using the Christmas Bulb Builder Punch. The punch looks like a shoe print to me! I went over the light bulbs with the Clear Wink of Stella to give them a bit of a shine. I am not sure how well that shows in the photo. The Christmas Tree paper is from the Wrapped In Plaid 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper. It is one of the reverse sides to a plaid.
Thank you for stopping by today. Please return tomorrow for a non-holiday card I have prepared.
