I have returned to the Annual Catalog for a birthday card for a dear friend. I used the Daisy punches to make a Fall birthday card.
I made the daisies a tad darker by stamping originally on So Saffron card stock in Merry Merlot Ink. Before I punched them out, I sponged with Merry Merlot ink beginning in the center and working outward.
My photography with the new Iphone update has been very trying!! The green is Pear Pizzaz and should look a bit darker than it appears in the picture. This is my first card with the Scripty 3D Embossing Folder. It is really pretty and shows up much better than it does here.
The background golden “weeds” are from the Country Road stamp set. I cut the Very Vanilla layer using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. The flowers are layered using glue dots and then are adhered only in the center using glue dots as well. The bushy centers are the Perennial Essence Floral Centers.
Thank you for stopping by today. Please remember that this is the LAST DAY to take advantage of the Designer Series Paper sale. I hope you will return tomorrow for another new project as well as a preview of some other new products coming soon!!
ALSO……..Take a look at the new Stampin’ Trimmer!! I have a photo below. It is available to demonstrators beginning tomorrow as well.

UPDATES:
The new Stampin’ Up! Paper Trimmer has been revealed!! It is available for order by Demonstrators on October 1. Here is a picture of it. I will be giving you my opinion after the beginning of the month. I cannot wait and I hope you will be just as excited!
I have pulled out an Annual Catalog stamp set for today’s project. I love the stamp set and matching dies, but have not used it in quite a while.
I actually did not use the Tropical Chic stamp set, but only the Tropical Thinlits. I adore the look you get from the window of leaves. I paired the window with a piece from the Garden Lane Designer Series Paper. I wanted soft colors for a relaxing look. I pulled the Mint Macaron and Soft Sea Foam from the piece of DSP.
The sentiment is from the Parcels and Petals stamp set. I used the flower from the set as well to create the background behind the sentiment. The sentiment layer is from the matching Perfect Parcels Dies. It fits perfectly onto the Timeless Label Punch! How cool is that??? I love how SU products coordinate in unexpected ways sometimes.
The shimmery ribbon is the Mint Macaron Textile Ribbon. It is a sleeper ribbon in my opinion. It is very shimmery like the Seaside Spray ribbon in the Holiday Catalog. And for the finishing touch, I added some Glitter Enamel Dots here and there.
Thank you for stopping by today. I have been sharing both Fall and Year round stamp sets lately. I am not sure what tomorrow’s project will be. So come back to check it out.
A reminder that the Clearance Rack has been restocked and the DSP Sale is winding down!!

I am showcasing the beautiful Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper today. It contains such rich colors, but then pairs those with softer colors. I focused on the softer ones for this card.
I paired the Petal Pink with the Night of Navy and I believe it worked. The side splatter look is from Petal Pink ink stamped off using the Beauty Abounds stamp set. I then used the Night of Navy Stampin’ Write Marker to flick ink on top of the stamped splatter. So some flicking and splattering on the background!
To match the daisies in the DSP, I punched a flower using the Medium Daisy Punch. I then cut it in half and used a glue dot to lay the pieces on top of each other. I added a Glitter Enamel Dot as the center and attached the flower to the DSP panel with a glue dot. The ribbon is just zigzagged and adhered with glue dots as well.
The sentiment is from the Botanical Bliss stamp set. It is stamped using Night of Navy ink and punched out with the Darling Label Punch. I punched it at an angle so that there are the ticket type corners at each end of the sentiment. I then trimmed above and below for the different look of the tag.
Thank you for stopping by today. I really do appreciate you visiting my blog. I also love to read comments on what you think of my projects. So if you have a minute, please leave a comment.
It is almost the end of the month, please remember the Designer Series Paper sale that is listed just below. I know you will love this beautiful paper.

Yesterday’s card was “Hey There” and today is “Hello There”. I did not purposely make these matching cards. And they do not look anything alike, so there is that difference.
This card is a 4 X 4 card that is intended as either a Birthday Card or a Gift Card. It would work for either. I like doing square cards in that it makes cutting the paper super easy. Plus it gives a different look to a common layout.
All of the stamps are from the I Say Hello stamp set. I stamped the Hello There box in Pretty Peacock and then added the bow on top using Rococo Rose. To get the candles to sit properly, I made a mask of the bow out of copy paper. The thinner paper keeps the stamp from leaving an open area between the mask and your stamping.
Thank you again for visiting today. I hope you have a great weekend and will return on Monday. Even though it is a Holiday, I plan on having a project to share. Being retired is like constant holidays and weekends! 🙂

I hope you love the Woven Heirlooms suite of products as much as I do. Partly because I think it is a fabulous suite. And partly because I have another card from it to share with you today. This will be the last of my favorite piece of the DSP, because I am out of it. It is on my next order list though!!
As I have said before, this is an awesome set but additionally it has made me fall in love with the Seaside Spray InColor. It is a beautiful blue with just a hint of a purple, at least in my opinion. Having used it so much with the DSP, it has become a fast favorite. To top that off, Stampin’ Up! added a Seaside Spray Metallic Ribbon to the Holiday Catalog. WooHoo!!! As you can see from the photo, it has a touch of shimmer to it.
Since I love the designer series paper so much, and the added beauty of the Seaside Spray Metallic Ribbon, I had to have an equally gorgeous sentiment. I love this sentiment, which is from the Woven Heirlooms stamp set . I believe it is great for a birthday or wedding, and maybe other occasions. And I love the fonts used in the sentiment as well. To showcase the sentiment I looked through my dies and found the Stitched Labels Die. The sentiment fit perfectly and the die really stands out on the card. Yay!!
Thank you so much for visiting today. Please come back tomorrow for another new project. Also, please remember that the Stampin’ Up! Join Promotion is coming to an end on Saturday. Before I get to the project for today, I wanted to give you a heads up. I am going to be on vacation for the next two weeks. Some friends and I are going on another Riverboat Cruise. I had hoped to have some cards made ahead of time, but as usual my plan did not go exactly as intended. The hubby and cats will be here to hold down the fort, but none of them will make cards to share with you unfortunately. I hope you are a follower of my Facebook page, BlueLineStamping. I will post some pictures on there while I am traveling. If you subscribe to my blog, then you will receive my email post when I am back. I should be posting again on August 12.
I have a One Stamp Set Card with just stamping to share with you today. You know I love one stamp set cards, and this one is super quick and easy.
I paired the beautiful Woven Heirloom stamp set with Pretty Peacock and Rococo Rose, and a stamped off Sahara Sand. I added the Faceted Dots from the 2019-2021 In Colors for a touch of texture. And that is a super easy card.
Thank you for stopping by today. I have listed to products I used at the bottom of the post. I hope you will mark your calendar and return in two weeks. Or better yet, go to the subscribe button on the right side of the tool bar and enter your email address. That way you will get the email letting you see my posts first thing.
