My card for you today is a Thank You card made with one of the new sets in the Mini Catalog. I always say that I do not need another flower. LOL!!!! This one is awesome.
Flowing Flowers
This flower is so delicate looking I believe. And the detail from the built in shading and definition is perfect. I also LOVE the font in the sentiment. All of the sentiments in this set are similar. It is so Now in that style. Plus this set is a perfect way to make a quick card or multiples. This is my last month customer Thank You card and were really easy to make. The only item not from the stamp set is the splatter, which is from the Gorgeous Leaves set.
Paper and Color
For quick and easy, I went with White on White for the card style. Just the addition of a few dimensionals really makes it look special. To get a soft look from the flower, I went with a Pale Papaya background splatter. Then added Calypso Coral for the flower itself. My go to color for a sentiment, when not using Black, is Smoky Slate. I love how these colors are all fairly soft looking.
Sale-A-Bration is the Best Time of Year!!

The card I have to share today is using the same piece of scrap DSP as yesterday. That is where the similarities end however. I hope you enjoy this one as well.
Paper
The beginning of this card is the same piece of scrap DSP as yesterday’s card. Both were the same size. This is the opposite side from the green used on yesterday’s version. I also made this card a portrait alignment. Paired with the floral of the You’re A Peach Designer Series Paper is this other piece from that pack which is a polka dot on variegated Calypso Coral.
I used the scrap of floral DSP the same from yesterday and cut it on the diagonal. To pull the pretty blue from the flowers, I added a layer of Balmy Blue on the bae card of Calypso Coral. By placing the card in portrait mode, the angles of DSP did not totally cover the sides. I decided to let the top not be covered and added the strip of Flirty Flamingo Gold Metallic Ribbon. The colors compliment each other perfectly.
Stamps and Finishes
The only stamp set I used is the Sweet As A Peach stamp set. I love the “sweet” sentiments. To keep from adding more layers, I stamped the sentiment on Basic White and used the Tailored Tag Punch to cut it out. (Yesterday’s card used the Tailored Made Tags Dies)
I went a bit out of the norm in changing the shape of the punched image. It just did not quite fit the area or the look I wanted. I have recently seen using the top point of the punch to create banner tips, and it really works well. With that in mind, I put each end back into the top of the punch and created these fun flags for each side of the sentiment. A happy trial! The last touch is one of the gold dots from Genial Gems.

Expressing our Gratitude to someone is always a good thing to do. This time of year makes me especially aware of that. Today’s project is a perfect way to show someone they are appreciated.
Stamp Set
This stamp set is aptly named Well Defined. There are various holidays and similar sentiments that are one word and their definition. These definitions make a wonderful clean and sweet card that is made quickly. The Gratitude was chosen as a nod to Thanksgiving. It is stamped using Cinnamon Cider Ink. As I have stated before, this ink looks a bit metallic when paired with embossed or metallic paper.
Paper
To pair the Cinnamon Cider with this beautiful paper was a given. This is the Blackberry Beauty Designer Series paper. It has been difficult for Stampin’ Up! to keep in stock for that very reason. But I looked and it is in stock now! This paper is paired with Cinnamon Cider cardstock and a layer of Very Vanilla.
There was a piece of the DSP previously cut. So I just needed a tiny adjustment. That piece I cut off was only 1/4″. Of course I couldn’t bring myself to throw it away. As I was looking for a way to finish the card, I saw that little strip. A bow is born! All it took was a few folds, snips, and several glue dots. This little bow should be called a glue dot bow! I love the little different look to the card.

Today’s project is a Welcome Fall Y’all card using the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set along with the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper. I need a stamp with Y’all!!
Stamps
These beautiful leaves with the little dots around them are from the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set. The little dots add a ton of definition to each leaf in my opinion. It is just enough of an extra touch. I also added with Sahara Sand, that is stamped off first, the splatter stamp for even more background flavor. The two leaves are not all of the leaves in the stamp set. I only had room for the two for this design.
Paper
The card base is from Thick Basic White cardstock. I did not add an extra White layer as I sometimes do. The stamping is directly on the card base. The gorgeous paper is a piece from the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece that measures 4 X 5 1/4 and then cut it on the diagonal. That gives me two cards. One has the layout I am showing you and the other has the wider section of DSP at the top instead of the bottom. That card ends up being a softer looking one.
Finishing Touches
I added a banner in Sahara Sand cardstock to bring out the Sahara Sand splatter a bit more. I stamped the Welcome from the Garden Birdhouse stamp set in Misty Moonlight to add more of the Blue to the card. And we want to Welcome Fall Y’all!!! For the final touch, I added one of the Champagne Rhinestones to the banner.

The idea for today’s card was for a very soft and simple card using a new stamp set. The stamp set is in the Annual Catalog, I had just not gotten it until recently. My original idea did not work, so on to plan B and not a “soft” card. LOL!!!
Stamp Set and Dies
The stamp set, actually a Bundle, that I used is the Forever Grapevine set. It contains this awesome grapevine and then several wonderful sentiments. There are matching dies to fit the grapevine as well as the little sentiment die cut I used. I love the little curly pieces of vine behind the sentiment. They are also included in the Die set. Little add ons like these pieces really make the sentiment pop without any extra bulk.
Colors
To carry the Grape theme, I went with Blackberry Bliss and Soft Succulent. Blackberry Bliss can be either for red grapes or my favorite – a Muscadine. The grape vine would have been fine with a darker color. However I like mixing a soft and strong colors together.
I cut the Basic White layer shorter so the ribbon would not cover part of the vine. This Open Weave Ribbon in all of the 2021-2023 In Colors, is so wonderful to work with. A small bow really makes a great finishing touch I think.

I needed a birthday card for a friend who socializes quite a bit. And there are cocktail parties in her neighborhood every week. So I knew exactly the stamp set to use for this card.
I could not get the foil paper to cooperate in the photo. The foil seemed to deaden the Simply Elegant sheet. It really does shine in person.
Stamps and Dies
The stamp set I immediately thought of is the Nothing Better Than. It has Cocktails, Chocolate, and Cookies. I went with the Cocktails. There are matching dies, but are no longer a bundle, which are the Love You More Dies. Those three words have dies, as well as a few drinks, cookies, and chocolate pieces. I went with the party drink and the word Cocktails.
Paper and Punch
To begin this Cocktail party I started at the bottom, the card base is done with Smoky Slate Cardstock. It pairs well with the silver of the DSP. Next is Gold Foil Paper and then the piece from the Simply Elegant Designer Series Paper. The stamped cocktail is colored with Stampin’ Blends and punched using the Postage Stamp Punch. Even this cute image needed a back layer, so I cut another piece of Gold Foil. That really makes the color in the DSP pop!
To finish the card I needed the die cut Cocktails. I used the Gold from the Gold and Rose Metallic Paper. This shimmery paper is simply gorgeous. It is adhered to a Foam Adhesive Sheet then die cut. All you have to do then is peal off the backing and you have a Cocktail sticker. That simple step and product makes for such an easy word layer.
