Today’s card features mostly the Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper and a bit of fancy trim. This is a pretty, yet simple, Thank you card.
Tags
The tags are the best part of this card. It was a toss up between the tags and the DSP. But the tags won! The pretty edge on the top of the tag is from the Elegant Edge Punch. It is a 2″ wide tag with just enough detail for a fancy look. And you could punch each end for a beautiful and fancy layer on your card. I made a second tag of the Misty Moonlight card stock for a shadow look. They are tied together using a length of the Starry Sky Metallic Weave Ribbon. I love the bit of sparkle this gives.
Papers
This card could not get any brighter and that is all due to the papers. The Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper is so pretty. To get the torn look, one of the Stampin’ Up! Artists actually tore paper that had been dry embossed, stamped etc and then photographed it. This bright piece is fabulous. And it matches the tag piece which is also from the paper pack. To tie the layers together I found a complimentary color of Bubble Bath to use as the card base.
Stamps and Bling
To mix the two different DSP pieces, a solid color, and a punch is an easy and beautiful card. And to add a very simple sentiment is about all that is needed to complete it. The sentiment is from the Something Fancy stamp set. I love when I remember to try stamping directly on the DSP. And to complete the card I spread a trio of gems from the Tinsel Gem 3 Pack. I went wild and used one of each color!

I have a couple of additional Notecards to share with you today. These are made with Inked & Tiled Stamp set.
Stamps
The Inked & Tiled stamp set is one of my favorites. And here are two quick examples of the ease of using this set. The first one is Ink to Rubber technique. That simply means that I colored the stamp itself using Stampin’ Write Markers and then stamped the image. However this image looks great no matter how it is stamped!
The extra leaves at the base of the first card and all of the leaves on the second card are from an additional stamp in the set. This one is stamped using Pretty Peacock ink several times. Since the trip is a cruise, I knew I would need some less feminine cards for male staff. The surround of leaves works great for this quick card. And the Thank You is from the set as well.

Y’all I have lost my mind! I have been getting ready for a trip to one of my Bucket List locations, and have forgotten to do posts. One of the things I have been working on are cards to share while I am away, but also ones to use during my trip. Here are some simple and really quick notecards for Thank You to whomever.
Cards
All of these cards begin with the Kraft Notecards & Envelopes. And if you prefer White cards, you can get the notecards and envelopes in White. I wanted to be different and use the Kraft ones this time. These are found on page 135 of the Annual Catalog and you get 20 cards and 20 envelopes for 10.00. That is an amazing deal! And they are the perfect size to carry around or have in your room.
Paper
This card is made with the Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series paper. The paper is really the star of the card. And it is all you really need for a quick Thank You. The sweet DSP with a circle sentiment and you are good to go.

Today’s card is using one of the new Online Exclusive stamp sets. It is the Timeless Charm. I love this style of stamp and hope you do as well!
Stamp sets
The sweet little flower with the shaded background are stamps from the Timeless Charm set. I apologize in that I thought it was back in stock. However, it will return so just keep an eye out. It is in the Online Exclusives and should be back the week of August 14. I do love the simple flower and especially paired with that shadow stamp. There are a couple of these in the set. This is stamped and then colored using Stampin’ Blends.
The second set is a quick usage. The sentiment stamped inside the Heart is from the Darling Details stamp set. I love this fun set and it is the star of tomorrow’s card. So stay tuned for that!
Papers
The bright colors of this card are from the fun papers I have used for layers. Normally my layers are card stock. So I decided to shake things up a bit, or brighten things up, and used the Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper. All of the sheets in this pack are just Fun! And the colors all coordinate very well. The two sheets I used are both colors of the Stampin’ Blends used to color the flower. To help even the layers and colors I went with the Thick Basic White as the card base. The bottom of White and the top of White really balance things.
Extras
The “extras” are a few different things. The bright and sheer ribbon is from the Sheer Ribbon Combo. This bright yellow matches the Lemon Lolly that I used for the flower shadow. And the simple folded piece behind the heart is different, which is perfect! The heart for the sentiment adds an extra love to the Thank You. The heart die is from the Wonderful Thoughts Die set. And the final touch is one of the Tinsel Gem 4 pack that is similar to the Fresh Freesia flower. It is placed in the center of the flower.

This month, the theme is CASE the Catalog. We really hope that you will be inspired by all the amazing creations the Pals are sharing with you! Then, you will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
The card I chose to case is one with some easy layers and fun tags. It is on page 45 of the Annual Catalog and the far right one. My version is both darker and brighter.
Colors
The colors for this card came from the top layer of DSP. Actually both layers are from the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Papers. I love the mix of the Night of Navy and Fresh Freesia together. These colors carried over from the DSP to the card base and the two tags. And even to the die cut flowers.
Dies
The Die cut tags are the star of this show. Both of them are beautifully detailed. They are both from the Online Exclusives – Designer Tags Dies. There are three detailed ones the size of the Navy one as well as a solid Die to layer behind. My favorite is the sentiment though. The little stitching and flower on the end are so cute.
The die cut flowers behind the tags are from the Timeless Arrangements Dies. These are awesome floral dies in that they are all on a little bar. It makes them very easy to layer and not have a lot of tiny pieces to try to glue. I left the tops of all of the floral free for added texture.
Stamps and Finishes
The little “Thanks” sentiment is from the Timeless Arrangements stamp set. It is a favorite as it fits on a lot of small dies as well as just a little strip of card stock. The bow is from the 2022-2024 In Color Bakers Twine. I went a bit wild and used three strands for this bow! The blue is a bit brighter than the NIght of Navy used elsewhere but that is fine and helps it stand out. And my finishing touch is a scattering of the Iridescent Pearls. They match everything and add some sparkle to the darker colors.

Today’s project was an idea that took a turn. I saw a card which reminded me of an old technique and then turned into this quarter cut, fun, and simple technique starring the Apple Harvest stamp set.
Layout
The original idea of this card was to stamp layers that then come together for a 3D look. I did not like how that turned out, but them thought of this much easier version. The White layer began as a 3 1/2 X 3 1/2 piece. After stamping I cut it into four equal squares. The Granny Apple layer began as a 3 3/4 X 3 3/4 layer with the same cutting. And to make layering easier I used a Crumb Cake layer of 4 X 4 to adhere the squares to.
The card base is a Fun Fold as well as a cute technique. It is Sweet Sorbet that is 4 1/4 X 11 and scored at 5 1/2 and 2 3/4. The stamped layers are adhered to the short fold only. So be careful when you add that. Here is an open view.
Stamps
The Apple Harvest stamp set is a set that can be used in a variety of ways. I used most of the stamps in creating this card. The images are all colored using Stampin’ Blends and all are listed at the bottom of the post in the Supply List. I do have to say that I love the little cross hatch background stamp. Those type images add a great bit to a card. And to create my “stopper” point, I stamped an additional little bloom and fussy cut it. By popping it up with a Stampin’ Dimensional it is both cute and functional.
Colors and Extras
The card base is Sweet Sorbet as are the apples. The leaves are Granny Apple Green and the layer behind the squares is as well. The tree branch and the cross hatch stamp are Crumb Cake. The sentiment is from the set and is stamped and then punched using my Go To punch the Double Oval. For the finishing touches I added a scattering of the 2022-2024 In Color Pearls and the Black and White Gingham ribbon.
