One of my favorite sweet treats is anything with White Chocolate. I am always on the lookout for the White Chocolate Reeses’s. I found the Pumpkins at the store the other day and new I had to find a treat holder it would fit. I found one of The Paper Pixie boxes that I had to resize just a bit, but it is wonderful. Julie is a dear friend and I always look to her projects when I need a box.
I took a side view picture so you could see the Diagonal of the lid. Here is an open view.
And here is a link to The Paper Pixie’s video and directions for the box. Mine is a bit longer. It is easy to adjust the size to what you need. Click HERE for The Paper Pixie Video.
Paper
The paper I used for this great little box is the Cute Halloween 6X6 Designer Series Paper. For the base I chose Pumpkin Pie to match the candy wrapping. The layer of the tag is Old Olive from the polka dots of the DSP. I love all of the possibilities with the colors in the DSP piece.
Stamps
The stamp set I used is the Cutest Halloween from page 51 of the Mini Catalog. The entire Suite is on those pages. A great thing about this stamp set is that the images are not scary. I do not do scary!! Which is another reason that I show a cat face to go with the Trick Or Treat!
Finishing Touches
To make the tag a little special, I used the Essential Tag Punch. It adds just enough detail to keep the tag from being a bit plain. The gorgeous ribbon is part of the Suite as well. It is Black & White 1/4″ Gingham ribbon and is a dream to work with.
Don’t forget to check out The Paper Pixie video and see how easy this project is.

I love card challenges as a way to begin creating a card. Sometimes just one idea is enough to get things to fall into place. Today I am playing along with a “Case The Designer” challenge. I hope you like my case..
Challenge
The Challenge of Case The Designer is from the Global Design Project. Here is the card I am casing.
This card is “cleaner” than mine, with it having a lot of White space. I generally don’t do that, so went with my normal backgrounds. However, I had to do the “woven” focal point. This paper weaving has been around forever, and I haven’t used it in about that long!
My weaving was done using Gorgeous Grape and Mango Medley from the Brights 6X6 Designer Series Paper. The pumpkin was then cut using the Detailed Pumpkin Dies.
Stamp Set
To continue on with the pumpkin, I decided on a Halloween card. The Purple and Orange are my favorite Halloween colors. The stamp set I used is the Cutest Halloween set. I much prefer funny Halloween than scary.
The sentiment is one single stamp. It is stamped and then cut apart and trimmed with my Paper Snips. The ghost is a sweet ghost and is cut from the Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper. Fussy Cutting the ghost was really simple.
Finishing
The background DSP is also from the Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper. It is a little on the soft side so it does not overpower the woven pumpkin and ghost. The sentiment and ghost are raised using Stampin’ Dimensionals. A small bow made from the Black and White Gingham Ribbon is the final touch. The Black and White seems to bring all of the colors together.

Today’s card is another quick Halloween card. I made several to use with my Drop Off type Halloween gifts to my service providers. I love giving the people I see at my local businesses, like my pharmacy, little treats as a Thank You for being so awesome! And it just so happens to include another of the 15% OFF DSPS. They are all shown at the bottom of the narrative.
This card is very similar to one I did about a month ago. I just love the 4 X 4 and simple layouts for cards I am making multiples of. And a purple with Halloween is my favorite color to work with. For this card I paired the Blackberry Bliss spider paper from the Magic In This Night Designer Series paper, with Bumblee card stock and ink.
The stamp set is the Festive Post set. It includes stamps for the next several upcoming holidays. Plus it pairs with the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch. Although I did not use the postage stamp punch, I did pair it with a tag punch. I used the Delightful Tag Topper Punch on this card. I completed the tag with a bow made using the Metallic Mesh Ribbon.
Thank you for stopping in today. I have one of my Slim Line Cards to share with you tomorrow.

Welcome to InKing Royalty’s September Blog Hop! During this year’s blog hops, we are enjoying a year of celebrations – this month’s projects are all about Halloween. Prepare yourself for wonderful mix of spooky, scary and sweet. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.
I am one that likes the fun and funny part of Halloween. So the card I have for you is a little more on the cutesy side. I also love Folds. I am using one that I have not made in quite a while. It is a Double Z Fold and I hope you like it.
Hopefully these cute little owls are not too terrified of the night! I paired them with a variety of other Mini Catalog items. The Owls are from the Have A Hoot Bundle. They each have a die to cut them with, but I only cut out two of the three using the dies. The third is cut using a Layering Circle, as are the background bats DSP.
Here is a look at the inside and the Double Z Fold:
I purposely lined up the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper so that the pattern matched. Now looking at the card opened out, it makes it difficult to see the bottom Z . I may have spread it too wide for the picture.
The “BOO!” is from the Playful Alphabet Dies and the Foam Adhesive Sheets. I love the foam sheets. I adhered the Basic Black Card stock to the foam and then die cut, Instant sticky letters! Woohoo!
I have all of the products used listed under supplies at the very bottom of the post. I also have the measurements if you are unfamiliar with this fold and want to give it a try. They are after the Blog Hop list.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you’ll hop along to the next stop on the blog hop, Rachel Brumley at Artistic Designs by Rachel. There’s lots of inspiration to be found in this group – and you don’t want to miss it!
Thank you for hopping along with us. If you get stuck during the Blog Hop, please use this line-up as a guide:

Secure all of the layers, except the long piece to the base,
Reverse the long piece so that the short folds are on the right hand side and long fold on left side.
With card folded properly and long piece folded properly, add glue the 5 1/2 length only as wide as the top fold of the base.
With the base card still folded, Add glue to the bottom of the shorter folded pieces of the long one and secure it to the back section. It will fit exactly from the center fold to the right edge of the base.

I am not a huge Halloween person. But I love the Fall colors associated with it as well as Black Cats! I have had four solid black cats in my life and they have all been the sweetest and easy going. So when I saw the Ghoulish Goodies and the Black Cat, I knew I had to have it.
This is another one stamp set card, which I love. I paired the stamps with the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper stack. This paper has color patterns to fit all occasions / seasons. But plaid is a year round pattern for me!
The ribbon is the Glittered Organdy Ribbon from the Annual Catalog. It is actually a carryover from last year’s holiday catalog. The bling is from the Holiday rhinestones.

Yesterday’s card was a Thanksgiving or Fall card. I have stepped back a little for today and am sharing a Halloween cutie.
I think this little witch is adorable! All of the stamps in the Flight of Fancy stamp set are like this. There are three different figures with some background stamps to match.
For my background, I tried the new Water Painters from the Annual Catalog. These are a set of three that replaced our old Aqua Painters. I used the large brush and some Misty Moonlight Ink Refill on a clear stamping block. With a touch of water, I used the ink to spread on a piece of Shimmery White card stock. I love the tiny bit of shimmer you get. I totally love the different shades of blue and almost purple that I got from the Misty Moonlight. It just seemed the perfect color to use for an evening of broom flying!
The little witch is colored using Stampin’ Blends, as is her small companion mouse. Everyone needs a sidekick! The witch layer is cut using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. These dies are great for layers and sentiments. I love the different shapes included.
Thank you for stopping in today! I really appreciate it.
