Today’s card is another Fun Fold that is a super easy one to make. It is a change to soft Christmas Colors with a touch of Whimsey. This will definitely be one of my Christmas cards this year. I CASED it from The Paper Pixie, Julie DiMatteo.
Paper
This card is all about the paper! The gorgeous Whimsey & Wonder Designer Series Paper is such a WOW! I have now fallen in love with all of the soft colors for Christmas in place of the traditional ones. The Blushing Bride card base is pulled from the beautiful paper. And both pieces of the DSP you see are from the Whimsey & Wonder.
Stamps and Dies
All of the stamps used, with the exception of one, are included in the Whimsical Trees stamp set. I really love the sweet sentiment on the front. It is larger than most front sentiments, but it fit perfectly and is so sweet! The raised swirl is in the stamp set and has a matching die that I used to cut it out with.
This is a view of the card opened. You can still see the beautiful DSP. The same swirl image as on the front, I stamped on the inside as well. Merry Christmas is the only stamp not included in the Whimsical Trees. This one is from the Little Delights stamp set.

Welcome to InKing Royalty’s October Blog Hop! During this year’s blog hops, we are having fun with our stamping favorites – our favorite themes for seasonal cards and projects. This month’s projects center around Harvest & Hope, so prepare yourself for gratitude and love in Fall-themed projects. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.
The card I have to share today contains Pumpkins and Gratitude for this Harvest Theme. Both inspire memories of childhood, family time and fun
Paper and Colors
I have been using all of the deeper and brighter Fall colors lately. So I wanted to go with a softer look today. The Boldness of the Bumblebee cardstock pairs well with the softer green of Soft Succulent in the piece of Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper I picked . For an even softer touch, I used Soft Sea Foam for the green of the vines. To pair with that, the Pumpkins are stamped with Smoky Slate and then colored using Pale Papaya Stampin’ Blends. The piece needed another spot of brightness to match the Bumblebee. So I colored the flower bloom from the vine with Daffodil Delight and added a 2021-2023 In Color Jewel.
Stamps
The stamps I used are all from the Pretty Pumpkins set. Being able to make a card from just one set is something I love! The gorgeous font from the Gather Together looks beautiful with the shine of the Bumblebee Ink. I stamped the three pumpkin image twice. Once on the main piece and another on a scrap of White cardstock. They are all colored the same, but I fussy cut the end ones from the extra stamped piece. For a bit of fun I added them to the corners of the focal layer.

Today’s project is a Welcome Fall Y’all card using the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set along with the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper. I need a stamp with Y’all!!
Stamps
These beautiful leaves with the little dots around them are from the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set. The little dots add a ton of definition to each leaf in my opinion. It is just enough of an extra touch. I also added with Sahara Sand, that is stamped off first, the splatter stamp for even more background flavor. The two leaves are not all of the leaves in the stamp set. I only had room for the two for this design.
Paper
The card base is from Thick Basic White cardstock. I did not add an extra White layer as I sometimes do. The stamping is directly on the card base. The gorgeous paper is a piece from the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece that measures 4 X 5 1/4 and then cut it on the diagonal. That gives me two cards. One has the layout I am showing you and the other has the wider section of DSP at the top instead of the bottom. That card ends up being a softer looking one.
Finishing Touches
I added a banner in Sahara Sand cardstock to bring out the Sahara Sand splatter a bit more. I stamped the Welcome from the Garden Birdhouse stamp set in Misty Moonlight to add more of the Blue to the card. And we want to Welcome Fall Y’all!!! For the final touch, I added one of the Champagne Rhinestones to the banner.

With the holidays coming up quickly, one of the things I most look forward to is fresh gingerbread. One it is bread, and two it is sweet. You cannot beat that. So to share my love of gingerbread, I have a fun and quick card to share with you.
Stamps
This fun stamp set is from the Frosted Gingerbread Bundle. It has the sweet gingerbread stamps along with some great sentiments. For this card I did the quick method and only stamped the sentiment. I love this sentiment as it could be a sweetheart type sentiment or just a sweet sentiment for friends.
Paper
The gorgeous plaid paper is from the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6X6 Designer Series Paper pack. There are great patterns that appear to have the baked gingerbread in the background. Also there are pieces that match the Dies included in the Bundle. I could have stamped the bell and then die cut it, but I went the quick and easy route and simply die cut from the paper. Yay!!
Dies
There are two different sets of Dies used on this card. The first set is the one for the plaid gingerbread background piece. It is cut using the middle of the Scalloped Countours Dies. I truly love this Die set and especially these layer ones. The second set of Dies is the ones from the Gingerbread Bundle. I used the bell Die to cut out the Bell from the DSP. And the only finishing touch this card needed was a hanger for the bell. The Simply Elegant Trim makes a delicate little bow for the hanger.

Flowers are always a good basis for a birthday card since generally something is blooming year round. I have chosen the Quiet Meadow stamp set for an easy birthday card to share with you today.
Paper
I am beginning in reverse order today since I mentioned the stamp set in the introduction. The Kraft Paper, which is in the Mini Catalog, is one I have not stamped on previous to this card. It is a bit thicker than our regular paper. However, it is wonderful to stamp on. And it does not overly absorb the ink to give a smeared or watery look. I have definitely waited too long to use this paper!!
Colors
I wanted bolder colors to pair with the Kraft paper instead of more subdued or masculine ones. You cannot get much bolder than Rich Razzleberry! And then I added Basic Black as the layer. This really helped the colors to separate. The background stamping is done with Sahara Sand for a more subtle look. Of course I had to use Memento Tuxedo Black for the flowers for them to stand out. And they are colored with Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends. I tested on scrap and the Rich Razzleberry became way too dark on the Kraft paper. So make note of this.
Stamps
All of the stamps I used, with the exception of the sentiment are from the Quiet Meadow stamp set. I love the background stamps for a softer collage look. And for me to not use a Designer Series Paper is amazing! I simply made my own paper. The sentiment is a simple one and it took me a few minutes to find one. It needed to fit the Double Oval Punch. I found it in the Peaceful Moments stamp set.
Finishing Touches
To finish this card I went with Linen Thread. That is a regular Go To for me. It is great to work with. I wrapped it around the card three times and then tied a three strand bow. As I said above, the sentiment is finished by using the Double Oval Punch. And the final touch is a single of the Elegant Gems placed next to the Happy Birthday.
