I have a card to share where the paper does all of the work.  Having gorgeous paper and embossing allows for cards that are pretty with very little stamping.  It is so easy to make multiples of this type.

Stampin' Up!, Poetic Expressions, Perennial Postage, Distressed Tile, Blooming Pearl, jackie beers

Papers

The beginning of this card was a sketch idea.  That was followed by choosing papers that would fit my take on the sketch.  I found them in the Poetic Expressions Designer Series Paper.  The white with little flowers was the first piece I chose.  Then it was simple to choose the bolder gold floral to pair it with.  There is also a thin strip of the gold DSP along the bottom of the inside sentiment layer.

To partner with the pretty DSP pieces, I chose the soft Bubble Bath for the layer.  It really pulls the tiny pink flowers out.  I added the Distressed Tile Embossing Folder to give that layer some detail.  The deep embossing, but also distressed look, is great for these papers.

Stamps

As mentioned in the beginning, there is very little stamping.  Actually the front simple sentiment and the inside sentiment are it.  Both are from the Perennial Postage stamp set.  I really LOVE the sayings in this set and am so sad that they did not carry over.  This one saying “You’re Simply Marvelous”  is one I have used several times.  To help this little sentiment stand out a bit, I fussy cut around it.  The high and low points of the L seem to give it some added presence with fussy cutting.  Then I raised it using Stampin’ Dimensionals for some depth.

Finishes

The two DSP pieces are layered over top of each other.  The gold piece measures 2 1/2 X 3 3/4 with the white floral at 2 1/2 X 1 3/4.  The white fits flush at the top of the gold.  This gives a bit more thickness.  After rounding all of the corners, I added a length of the Pink from the Sheer Ribbon Combo pack.  I added a touch of adhesive to the front and back of the DSP at the join spot.  This allows the tape to hold on a bit.  And it helps to keep it in place while tieing the White Bakers Twine.

The finishing touch of this card is the bling.  Of course there must be bling!!  I chose to use the Blooming Pearls in the Bubble Bath and used different sizes.  There are two of the larger ones on the Bubble Bath layer and then a small one is highlighting one of the flowers on the White DSP.
