I am really enjoying the Circle Punches returning.  There are two in the Online Exclusives and One in the Annual Catalog.  Punches are so easy to utilize and when paired with DSP, it is a quick winner.

 

Papers

The papers are the most important part of this card.  That is because the adorable little Koala is punched out of one of the sheets from the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper.  He is so adorable that I could not resist.  All I did was color his belly.  The other colors are part of the paper as well.  How easy, and adorable!

To pair with the Koala, I added Pool Party and Crumb Cake.  The Pool Party is the Koala color and the Crumb Cake I chose to go with his belly color that I added.  The little strip of Pool Party grounding the sentiment was a scrap that fit my need perfectly.  All I had to do was give it an angle cut on the end.

There is a not a Koala in the Zany Zoo stamp set sadly.  But there are a variety of cute and fun animals.  And they are all doing different things.  The sentiment is part of the stamp set.  It is stamped with Memento Black and then cut using the Stylish Shapes Dies.  The Koala was punched with the 2″ Circle Punch from the Online Exclusives.  (Both of the Online Exclusives Punches are out of stock.  But they are returning.  I believe it is a June date so don’t give up on them!)

Extras

The two circles left quite a lot of open space on the card front.  So I used the Quatrefoil Embossing Folder for a great textured look.  As a finishing touch I added a trio of the Iridescent Pearls scattered around on cupcakes and with the sentiment.
