The card I have to share with you today includes items that are in the Annual Catalog and part of the sale.
Actually, everything on this card is from the Annual Catalog! The stamp set is the Inspiring Iris set. It is such a great set for a lot of the cards I make. It gives you the ability to have a tall and narrow focal point. The flowers are all wonderful and can be Two Step stamped or Outline stamped and colored as I have done today.
The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Birtday stamp set. I could not get by without all of the “Itty Bitty” stamp sets. There are three different ones.
The base of the card is Purple Posy card stock and it is paired with a purple from the Play With Pattern Designer Series Paper. The flower layer is adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals placed only on the left side. Prior to adding the front DSP layer, I wrapped the Purple Posy Scalloped Linen Ribbon around the layer. I made the bow separately and added it with glue dots. The finishing touch is a few Pearls on the flowers.

I added a regular size piece of Whisper White card stock to the inside, and added a matching strip of the DSP. Actually, the front DSP is cut to full size, and then divided for the front section and the inside. This way the pattern matches.
Measurements:
Base card is Purple Posy cut 4 1/4 X 9 1/4, scored at 3 3/4
Inside Whisper White is 4 X 5 1/4
DSP is 5 3/4 x 3 3/4, cut to 3 1/4 X 3 3/4 and 1 1/2 X 3 3/4. The larger is the front and smaller is the right side of the inside.
Flower layers are 2 3/4 X 3 5/8 of Highland Heather and 2 3/8 X 3 1/4 of Whisper White

I really like the Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper. I have used it a few times this season since it came back as a Returning Favorite. Today I have a little bit different fold to showcase it. Because the paper is so pretty, I hate covering it up. And it is difficult to find ways to Not cover it.
I paired the Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper with the Gift Wrapped Bundle. To not cover the DSP, I created a band to go around the card to hold it closed. Did I mention it was a Gift Card Holder? You know how much I love these!!

The gift card slot is just above my watermark. I was not thinking that I did not have a card in there!
From this picture I think you can see that the card is basically divided into two equal parts. The DSP is cut to line up perfectly. And the seem is covered my the belly band.

Measurements and Directions for today’s project:
Card base of Garden Green is 4 1/4 X 5 1/2
Very Vanilla is cut to 4 X 10 1/4, and scored at 5 1/2 and 8 1/4
The 8 1/4 fold is for the gift card. Fold it to the inside and punch a thumb hole using a circle punch inserted halfway prior to securing the edges with Tear & Tape
DSP is one piece cut 3 3/4 X 5. On the 5″ side cut at the 2 1/2 mark for two equal pieces.
Adhere one piece to the front of the fold down (gift card) section, close it and then add the second piece and align them
The belly band is 1 1/2 X 11. Score at 2 5/8 and 7. Fold and burnish.
Wrap around the closed card and secure the overlap in front.
Add the stamped and punched bow and tag so they cover the overlap on the band

The Wishes & Wonder Bundle is simply wonderful with each piece even better than the last. My two favorites are the reindeer and the tag. Since they are my favorites, I combined them for this card.
I combined the gorgeous Gold Foil with the equally beautiful Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper. The DSP seemed to have a pink/red tint to it. I tried holding it against a variety of different colors and decided that Merry Merlot was my favorite. Of course, the photo does not do that justice.
I stamped and die cut the circle image and also die cut the tag. I think the tag is a keeper for sure. It is a perfect size for many projects. The reindeer , or probably just a regular deer, has wonderful details and they really show with the foil.
To finish off the tag, I added the Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon. It seemed to match the frost of the DSP. I also stamped the inside of the card. Here is a view of that.

You all know how much I love Gift Card Holders. As much as I love them, I am sad that I will be using more for this Christmas gift giving. That said, I have been working on creating a few different ones to use. Today’s is a fun one using Snowflake Splendor.
I am not sure if this is funny or sad! Poor Frosty!! My idea is to pair this with a treat bag with some instant cocoa and a gift card to a coffee shop. Coffee shops generally have hot cocoa as well.
The Designer Series Paper on the left side is from the Snowflake Splendor DSP. I am so in love with the colors of that pack. I was thrilled to find that Frosty fit perfectly inside the Stitched So Sweetly Die. The matching Die makes that layer a great size for overlapping the front and inside sections.

The frosty image and the “Sadly….” are from the Don’t Stop Believin’ stamp set. I love every stamp in that set! The inside sentiment and the mug are from the Warm Hugs stamp set. There are dies for the circle image, but I chose to simply stamp them on that inside layer.

Measurements:
The base card is Pacific Point card stock cut to 4 1/4 X 10 1/2, scored at 5 1/2 and 8 1/4.
I normally use the 1′ circle punch for the thumb hole, but since it is retired, I tried the 2″ and it works even better. TIP: Center and Hold the DSP against the edge of the card holder when you punch the thumb hole. Then when you attach it, the cut out matches perfectly.
All inside pieces and the front DSP are 4 X 2 1/2
The gift card DSP is 4 X 2
