I have a fun card to share with you today. My stamp club ladies sort of roll their eyes when I bring out a project with a whimsical animal. I am definitely a sucker for the Stampin’ Up! animal images. The one today is super cute, and very fluffyf!
Wooly Friends Punch Bundle
The Wooly Friends “ewe” is just adorable. The fact it is a punch bundle seals the deal for me. I always love the punches. She is stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and punched out. I added some makeup to her face with Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends on her cheeks and a touch for her ears.
The sentiment is simply a sweet one and works for so many occasions. To fit everything on the die cut, I did die cut first and then stamp the sentiment and the flowers. The flowers are stamped using Memento also, then filled with Flirty Flamingo and Garden Green. I love the addition of the grass.
Made With Love Designer Series Paper
This sweet DSP has hearts on one side and then compatible designs on the other side. I opted to use the other side as my band. The cardstock is Poppy Parade for the card base and again for the large Die layer. It actually shows better against the DSP in person.
Hearts of Love 3D Embossing Folder
The detail on this embossing folder is fabulous. All of the little hearts swirling around are so nice. And this one is also something that could be used for a lot of similar cards. I did not intend this one to be a Valentine card, more of a Thinking of You.
Extras
The two Die cut layers are from the Nested Essentials Dies. These are so versatile with the different shapes. I would feel lost without them. And to finish the card I added some low profile bling. Actually these are the Low Profile Dots that are (or maybe were) on the Last Chance List. I hope you have some because they go with almost anything. They are the little black dress of card making!
