My card for you today is from the Annual Catalog and a stamp set that I do not believe I have used before. I know I have used the matching punch and Love it. I hope you like the card as well. It is a CASE from fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Patti Carbonell. I received her card in a swap last year and have held on to it because of how much I loved the look. Mine is a little simpler version.
You cannot see the background very well in the photo. But I stamped the bottom row of greenery and flowers , the “Always”, and the dragonfly first. I then used the Tasteful Texture Embossing Folder and embossed the white layer. In person, it gives a touch of texture to the look of the card.
The flowers at the bottom are punched using the matching Confetti Flower Boarder Punch. The flowers are punched from Magenta Madness cardstock to match the card layer, as well as the sentiment layer. I also added just a few Pearls to the punched flowers and left the stamped flowers plain. The punched flowers are added by using a Glue Dot. That is my Go To for adding small items.
The sentiment is one of several that go with the “Always”. I decided to layer it with more of the Magenta Madness cardstock. I cut both layers and then used the Banners Pick A Punch to make the flag ends.
