I am showcasing a variety of products for today’s project. And it is in a Gorgeous color that I have not used near enough! Can you guess the color?
If you guessed Gorgeous Grape and/or Highland Heather for the color, then you are correct! I have not used these colors in a bit and was surprised how pretty they are all over again. Paired with Highland Heather and the Tufted Embossing Folder the colors really shine.
It took a bit of figuring out to get the white layer the way I envisioned it. I stamped the flower and the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I then cut up to the flower in each direction with the Stampin’ Trimmer. Next I used the Paper Snips to fussy cut the top half of the flower. Surprisingly to me, it turned out as I pictured.
I colored the flower and leaves with Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends and Mossy Meadow Light Stampin’ Blend. For a bit of added texture, I added some of the Silver thread behind the flower layer.
